Two members of the Executive Committee of ARM, the FTSE 100 chip designer, sold off a total of 150,000 shares, received as part of the firm's long term incentive plan, earlier this week.
Tom Lantzsch, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, sold 50,000 shares at 575p each and another 50,000 at a price of 573p per share, for a total of £574,000. His total holding now stands at 35,347 shares.
Lance Howarth, Executive Vice President of Marketing, sold 1,663 at 575p per share and 48,337 at 573.88p per share for a total of around £286,959. He now holds a total holding of 35,000 shares.
