Film reports biggest opening this year after Agneepath Mumbai, 11th April, 2012: Eros International Plc (Eros), a leading global company in the Indian film entertainment industry, has announced an opening weekend collection of US$14.1 million worldwide for Sajid Khan's Housefull 2. The film, co-produced in association with Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment released on 6th April, 2012 worldwide. The film has grossed US$11.1 million in India (Net collection: US$ 7.8 million) and US$ 2.9 million overseas. The first of Eros' big ticket releases this summer, Housefull 2 enjoyed a wide release on 3,000 plus screens worldwide. Trading conditions remained challenging through the third quarter. Although we saw strong store performance in January and growth in multi-channel revenues throughout the quarter, these were partially offset by more depressed store footfall patterns in February and March. Gross Margin Gross margin increased by approximately 30bps compared with the third quarter of the previous year. This reflects continuing scale benefits as well as improved management of the clearance of both special buys and discontinued ranges. We now anticipate that gross margin growth for the full financial year will be approximately 20bps. Store Portfolio In line with our previous guidance, two new superstores were opened during the quarter, in Exeter and Stafford, the latter being a relocation of a sub-optimal existing unit. Our Greenford (West London) store opened on 5th April and a new store in Cambridge is anticipated before the end of June. This will bring the total number of new stores opened in the current financial year to 15 (including two relocations), as previously anticipated. Looking ahead to next financial year, our new store pipeline remains encouraging with two leases signed since our last update, giving a total of six units contractually committed (including one relocation). Financial Position As at 31st March 2012 Dunelm had net cleared funds of £50.2m. Daily average net cleared funds over the year to date were £55.0m.

John Whittaker, Deputy Chairman of Capital Shopping Centres, the FTSE 100 shopping centre operator, has taken 28,250 shares to the till. His purchases, 324.80p each, cost him a total of £124,236. Whittaker may have been making the most of the firm's share price, which is down 68p or 17.5% over the last year, and 24p or 7% the past month.

CONT As this is a related party transaction, the directors (with the exception of Ric Traynor) consider, having consulted with its nominated advisor (NOMAD) Canaccord Genuity Limited, that the terms of the transaction are fair and reasonable insofar as the shareholders are concerned. For the year ended 30 April 2011, the business generated revenue of £0.2m (2010: nil) and an operating loss of £0.7m (2010: loss of £0.6m), reflecting the on-going investment requirements of the division. Net liabilities at 30 April 2011 were £0.03m. The division was reported as a discontinued operation in the Group's half year results announcement issued in December 2011. As previously announced, following a strategic review the Board decided to focus on the core businesses of UK insolvency and restructuring and the BTG Global Risk Partners forensic, investigation and risk management business and divest its loss making non-core operations. In line with this strategy, in addition to the sale announced today, the Group closed its Cayman Islands business in September 2011, disposed of its tax business in November 2011 and sold its Channel Islands restructuring business in January 2012.

Disposal of Red Flag Business Begbies Traynor Group plc (the "Group"), the specialist professional services consultancy, today announces it has completed the sale of Red Flag A!ert LLP, which operates the Red Flag Alert credit risk database that enables subscribers to target, assess and monitor the performance of customers, suppliers and competitors. Ric Traynor, the Group's Executive Chairman, has acquired the controlling interest in the LLP, with the Group retaining a minority interest in the partnership. This follows a disposal process, during which feedback from third parties was that the business was not yet sufficiently established for consideration as a standalone acquisition opportunity. Ric Traynor has committed to inject up to £1m of new capital into the LLP to fund ongoing losses and its future development. The agreement allows for a return of up to £1.5m of the investment made by the Group in the business to date, together with a future share of any trading profits of the LLP, with a de-minimis obligation for future investment. Ric Traynor will act as chairman of the Red Flag business, which will be managed by the current management team who transfer with the business. The Red Flag business employs 24 staff who have transferred to the LLP. The Group has agreed to continue to provide shared accommodation, IT, HR, marketing, administrative and accounting services to Red Flag on a similar basis to current intra-group arrangements. The Group has negotiated an agreement to retain full access to the database and joint marketing rights for the publication of Red Flag Alert quarterly statistics.

Panmure Gordon has reiterated its hold rating and 390p target price for high street retailing giant Marks and Spencer ahead of its fourth quarter trading update next week. The broker forecasts 0.6% like-for-like sales growth for General Merchandise during the last three months of the fiscal year, compared with the consensus estimate of a 0.5% decline. In Food, Panmure is again above consensus (+1.5%) with a 2.3% growth forecast. Roche said that although the shares are trading at a discount to their historical average, the stock has risen 18.6% year-to-date, in line with the UK general retail index. "We see more upside elsewhere in the sub-sector, for example in Next or ASOS shares."

Virgin Australia to invest in Skywest Skywest Airlines Ltd. the Australian and South East Asia regional airline, is pleased to announce that it has today entered into an agreement for Virgin Australia Holdings Limited (ASX:VAH) ("Virgin Australia") to invest A$8 million in the Company. If the investment and associated warrants are converted to equity, the stake would represent 10% of the ordinary shares in Skywest on a fully diluted basis. Skywest already has a strong working relationship with Virgin Australia and the two airlines are currently operating four ATR 72 aircraft as part of the Australian Regional Airline Network ("ARAN") Agreement. This fleet will grow to 12 by the end of the 2013 financial year.
