No I didn't - no available funds at this particular time . That may change in a month or two but by then I will have probably missed the cheap ones. But I am more than happy with my existing holding in the event that I can't add any more.

Completing the PFS is important to me as it takes our stake in the project up to 35% but more importantly it prevents Rio just buying us out of the project.

"Archer has not made any progress" Are you insane ? We haved gone from nothing in Portugal 10 months ago to where we are now with JORC, Scoping Study and ongoing drilling. That is HUGE progress. What you mean is the sp has not made any progress, a different thing and not really under DA's control.

So after today's announcement we will have 660 mill shares in issue, and after the 2nd payment re Portugal we will have 680 mill. Then if we issue, maybe, a further 40 mill in a placing at 6p to raise �2.4 mill we will have 720 mill. That doesn't sound too bad to me.

I didn't expect anything else but I would have liked to have read it all the same. Haven't heard from him for a while. I wonder what it is like in his home for the confused ? At least he'll soon have company in the shape of BigSociety.

Interestingly, their remaining stamp to collect is from the Ministry of Water Resources, whereas ours is I believe the Ministry of Housing . So we both appear to have got the OK from the Ministry of Silly Walks. What a shower the Omani approval system seems to be, and they are trumpeting the place as a good one to do mining business.

Re your comment 'There is always just enough dripped into whatever volume we get to keep it here. Someone is selling enough to keep the price here' , I have thought this myself - it seems to have been this way for months now.

Yes I thought this too. But it seems to be the way with DA's publicity - we have had several investor evenings over the years for example and never seem to see any buying in the wake of them. But I did think MS''s recent address might have generated some interest.

Can't see how that could have been a buy. It is ony a whsiker above the lowest trade price we have had today. If it is a buy those who paid 6.085 earlier for much smaller amounts will be a bit peeved.
