Apparently SAV is also traded on the Stuttgart boerse. I've had a look and can't really make head nor tail of it. The only thing that happened as far as I can see is that someone decided to post the first sell of the day. Pretty good buying this morning actually.

The frustration I have about Oman isn't what it has cost to get this far but the fact that it is not producing income so things we thought it might be financing - principally further Portugal exploration - are not being financed and therefore DA might be forced to do another placing and so more dilution for us all.

So the state council is debating the draft law now. Who will it be in two weeks time, 4 weeks time ? And it is still only a draft law.
