Surely either the accounts are ready to publish or they are not. I remember someone posting here recently that accounts cannot be published by a company if the company is not regarded as a 'going concern' - could the new broker have been appointed because DKE regard them as somehow a softer touch than the previous broker regarding what may be classed as a going concern or not, and that is what they are 'negotiating' about ?
