Well I hope this does come good, but the RNS is a bit nonsensical in a way : it is Q1 2023 in 3 weeks anyway so to say that the smelter will be operational 'in the coming weeks' and claim that that is 'significantly ahead of schedule' is a bit daft. Also, the RNS of 17 October stated ' mine planning on track to commence operations in current quarter to provide ore to the smelter' - this isn't even mentioned in today's RNS.
But I am prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt because I thought this company was finished after the debacle with jennings earlier in the year.

How long does it take to do a TR1 for heaven's sake? Isn't it just an online form to fill in ? I have seen plenty of TR1s published on the same day as the share transaction to which they refer.

The RNS stated:
"subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions is anticipated to close by 30 November 2022 (the "Closing Date"). The fulfilment of the conditions in the DPA is at an advanced stage. At the Closing Date the acquisition will become unconditional.".
We don't know if the conditions have been fulfilled, that's the problem. If they haven't then the acquisition has not been completed.

No RNS to say that the debt purchase agreement was finalised by the closing date, which was yesterday.

No smoke without fire as they say - I'm suspicious something bad is going to be revealed to be the cause of the high volume and significant drop today. I have a lot in here, all bought around 2p. In fact it is my one big hope for Q4/Q1 so I am very nervous about what has happened today.

Can't understand why anyone thinks the sp will rise today ? If anything it may fall if the recipients of the new shares have not forward sold and decide to sell today.
