Why would 'minor administrative items' still not be sorted a month later ?

For me the most important piece of information I wish to receive is confirmation that we at long last actually own the smelter ! See this paragraph in the placing RNS of 23 Feb :
"The legal process related to closing of the smelter acquisition from Business Rescue has been complex and time consuming. As previously announced, all major underlying agreements for the transaction have been signed and only minor administrative items remain to be completed. As such, the Company and the sole creditor are very confident that the successful conclusion of the transaction will be achieved shortly".

There were 16 billion on 30 Sept 2021, prior to 100:1 consolidation the next day.

I dont think that's true - a 20 bag ?? I think it may have doubled, but not a 20 bag. This was back in early August 2020 I believe?

They've just dropped the bid from 0.42 to 0.39 !

But all we want at the moment is confirmation that they have accepted our application. Not that we are now authorised to use the sandbox tools, just the fact that we have got baby step 1 right and our application is valid, almost. The FCA say this should take 2-3 weeks, and here we are four and a half weeks after the RNS with no idea of our current status. That's why sp drifts down.

.... that people were paying 2.60+ here only a couple of weeks ago. Even harder to believe I was one of them. Where has all the positive sentiment gone ? No posts here since last Friday !
