Off now for the day. Let's see what the next few weeks brings. Predicting out of court $2m settlement, Tesla withdraws their action and sp dropping to 0.7p and stagnating for the next year as Cap-xx attempts to drastically increase sales.
I didn't say that. I gave various scenarios as to how this could play out. I felt it would go to court and Cap-xx would lose. With last week's trading pattern however I now think a settlement has been tentatively agreed so my scenario 2 is most likely.
I wouldn't worry about the court case and patents too much now as I don't think this will go ahead.
If you look at the inexplicable sharp spike in trading over 2 specific days in the last week you can only come to one logical conclusion that this has been a concerted and co-ordinated ramp and sell off by some of the big boys to the little man. By my reckoning private shareholders could now be holding well in excess of 20% of the share capital. I think this sell off by those closer to the action signals Cap-xx has offered to back down on their Maxwell case at the last minute on the proviso that Tesla withdraws its legal action. Imo this can only mean bad news for the share price in the form of a derisory settlement with Maxwell to be reached & announced in the next 2 weeks. I am now thinking a settlement of $2m max and nominal heavily discounted royalties going forward. I'm anticipating the share price to immediately fall to sub 0.7p. So, I first expect more pump & dump attempts in the next week to further offload to punters before the deal is finally confirmed and news released.
This outcome would at least give Cap-xx the freedom to fight on as an independent business but for sure it will need to significantly and quickly expand its sales revenue to survive. In the meantime the share price is likely to languish at my forecast sub 0.7p for the foreseeable future.
Let's see what the next two weeks bring. This is just my opinion trying to make sense of last week's trading pattern, am I right? I wonder, will there be any news today? Expecting the ramping machine to kick in full blast.
Morning all. Lovely day here.
The huge spike in trading in the last week has been triggered by the offloading of shares - big investors and more than likely institutions selling large chunks (to the unwitting). They are far closer to the action than those who post here which just adds weight to my scenario 3) prediction below imo. Why sell now if confidence in Cap-xx's future is high?
If I'm right then I anticipate the share price dropping to sub 0.5p in Dec.
Scenario 3) - Court case goes ahead

Scenario 3) - Court case goes ahead in Dec => applying OJ Simp formula ...big money talks => Cap-xx loses case => Tesla continues its separate legal action => sp plummets => Cap-xx employees depart => Cap-xx goes into administration by Spring 2024
Only a month to go now. Anyway, not sure why so many keep reacting so naively to my logical 'good-business-health-analysis' investment thoughts here (definitely need more balance on this bb) but for sure I'll continue posting until Tesla withdraws its legal action, which in my eyes is an absolute prerequisite now to making Cap-xx potentially investable to anyone looking to invest for the long term.
You're right as an investor looking for a long term investment I would only invest heavily now if I felt my scenario 6) had a chance. I didn't exclude it for myself, I merely refer to Wobble who, from my observations, has been ramping this massively for a few years immediately on becoming a member when the sp peaked at 14pish and I don't recall one post of concern ever despite the sp falling since by 95% to 1p. I'll say no more about that, it speaks for itself. There may be investment opportunities for short term traders in some of the other scenarios I referred to but that's not for me.
