Also total shares in circulation now stands at Circa 182 million was 169 million beginning of August, looks promising for a good push sooner than later. Polly1965, THANKS a lot for your post below, you have raised some very valuable points especially with reference to gearing options for the future never thought of that parameter, this is beginning to look very solid and robust going forward, I would suggest a name change to ACORN GROWS and the best thing for me Polly1965 is that we are well under any ones radar at the moment. The Company has today published a circular (the "Circular") convening a shareholder general meeting (the "General Meeting") to be held at No. 1, London Bridge, London SE1 9BG at 10.00am on 24 April 2017 at which resolutions will be put to Shareholders to approve the issue of further shares in the Company, the cancellation of the share premium account of the Company and a change in name of the Company.
