Today’s briefing clearly indicated that antibodies provide immunity as fully anticipated.

The recent large scale study suggested antibodies last at least 4 months.

If I wasn’t willing to sell at 95.00 last week I can assure you I’m not willing to sell at 80.00 now haha.

Fundamentals have improved since then and so I have picked up another 8000 shares today.

The sooner the market shows me £2 the sooner it might get a few shares. But even then I’ll take some convincing.

- Food Intolerance - Industry growth at CAGR 9.1%. 9,200,000 revenue in 2020. With China offering significant growth potential. Forecast 1,000,000 sales in China alone by 2023 at US$15.5 per test.
- Allergy - Omega will continue to manufacture 69 allergens to meed IDS demand.
- CD4 testing - Industry growth at 10.5%. Expecting 4,000,000 to 5,000,000 test sales by 2023 at $4 per test 70% margin. Approx $14,000,000 profit.

“vaccine potentially available by Christmas in limited numbers then poss rolled out early 2021 (think we all recognize that is unlikely!)” - one of the antibody tests strongest uses is alongside a potential vaccination, so positive vaccine news is positive here also.

As the second wave hits with what seems to be some dangerously high numbers of cases predicted I’d expect the 7 & 17% to be much greater unfortunately. The relevance of antibody testing doesn’t necessarily change with those figures though. More so the science which now suggests that they provide protection and that they last 4 months.

With the study is ready analysing 30,000 patients with antibodies and that the briefings announced that antibodies provide immunity. My confidence has never been greater.

I don’t think the government have ever needed to release positive news as much as they do now. Government backed 99.40% accurate test to be rolled out across the country. I’ll enjoy listening to this on the news shortly.

My only worries were whether antibodies provide protection and how long they last. With both of these put to bed I've never been more confident.

I expect ODX will be churning tests out like confetti with the new 500,000 weekly capacity. Good times ahead.

We’re a manufacturer of soon to be 5 top tier tests covering antibody and antigen in centralised and decentralised environments. With Capacity approaching 2,000,000 tests per week. ODX will have all bases covered and will simply allocate supply to the test which has the greatest demand. So please, point out the risk?

I agree, the SP is too low. Sneller has been selling since 40p making a maintained rise difficult though he is now on fumes. However we have achieved a 60% rise since the start of September with the only update the Ulster Trial which we were already aware of, so a good taste of what’s to come.

Exactly, it’s the obvious effort being put into maximising manufacturing capacity.

If you think this is being done without imminent orders you are beyond help.

We were at 94.00p last week, at less than half planned capacity and awaiting an array of news. Compromising of both sales and developments on a number of fronts. The requirement for testing now has never been greater.

Interesting when you see de-rampers using “ODX as only the manufacturer” the problem at the moment isn’t with the number of tests available to produce it’s with the manufacturing capacity to meet demand. The current extreme Supply/ demand is what’ll add fuel to the SP rise over the coming months. ODX hold all the cards.

Sub £1 will look like bargain territory shortly.

So iAbra, the competition for the airport testing has been “woefully exposed on a number of fronts”.

Swinging the door right back open for the Mologic antigen test which will be manufacture by Omega.

Not that we need anymore catalysts... but, if they were expecting orders of “£280,000,000” this could turn out to be very significant.

The iAbra test was previously hailed because it provided results in 20 seconds (before finding it was a fraud). Mologic is the next most efficient providing results in 10minutes, Geneme 3x longer at 30minutes.

I know which one I’d rather use.. much greater efficiency, whilst not having my brain poked at thank you.

Exactly, the SAGE report last week promoting mass antibody testing in covid outbreaks. Roche promoting antibody testing in combination with vaccines.

It’ll be interesting to see what the de-rampers come up
with next, since the significance of mass antibody testing has never been more clear.

Probably that we won’t have enough manufacturing capacity for the demand! And I agree!

As for a company on the cusp of manufacturing for a mass rollout of antibody tests, I’m not sure the news gets much better than that? That really is excellent for Omega.

The only queries to mass screening using antibody tests previously had been the “concern about false positives” which is likely why the Medusa test has not interested the government “Ten-Minute Coronavirus Test With 94 Percent Accuracy But Government 'Won’t Look At Data”.

Why would they be interested in a 94% accurate test when the RTC’s is government backed and 99.40% accurate. Some may not recall, but the initial development of the test was so rigorous, I believe they had a test which was circa 98% accurate months before they achieved design freeze.

But simply:

1) The science suggests mass antibody test rollout.
2) The test is 99.40% accurate.
3) BBI leaked the government order.
4) ODX putting substantial effort into increasing capacity.

If it becomes anymore obvious the RNS is going to be a waste of money.

Hi gell - i agree - i got out yesterday at a loss - it may come good but i personally felt that i was backing the wrong horse - no disresect to those still invested and i wish them well.
