They have to announce any price sensitive info in an AGM to the market beforehand as part of stock market rules. All AGM RNS's say the same thing. Look for another RNS tomorrow regarding the £2 share thing.

It looks like we as shareholders get the funds at £2 a share if the tender offer is accepted. I agree with you the wording is a bit weird but that's my take on it. I reckon (or hope!) Lol that this will end the day on £1.60ish! Got in earlier around £1.05 and got some yesterday at 78p.
