The US is 7 hours behind?????! No major indices in the US trade in the Mountain Time Zone in the US as far as I am aware. The main ones trade in New York on Eastern Time which is 5 hours behind and Chicago on Central Time which is 6 hours behind.

ADVFN boards are saying that the 1p in the RNS is the nominal value of the shares rather than the price the deal will be struck at. One of them is emailing the company for clarification.
