There is no way Cochran sold those assets not knowing TTF would go on a bull run. He will probably get a top job at one of these companies he is helping out at our expense.

The risk v's reward is phenomenal.
Risk = PXC only produce from Empire and throw off $millions cash per annum from 2022
Reward = multi-billion dollar resource of a world class enormity. I mean just how high can the value of this company go??! Mind blowing...;o))

The value of PXC went up70% based on the sulphide core sample which tells you what is driving the stage 2 rise. With a potential £8bn revenue from the sulphides, another core sample in another location could see another step up. Red Star EM survey results and subsequent core sample another step up. I cannot even begin to image what happens if we get a core sample of Porphyry !!...;o))

With the backstop of Empire mine supporting the current SP the rise in value should continue. The sulphides could generate £8billion in income !! Red Star high grade silver could be £3/4 sh. I’m holding…GLA….;0)))

Investors are looking at the SP and speculating that the value of PXC has gone up on no news. But I feel that is inaccurate as the last RNS

Ryan McDermott, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "We are excited to announce that we have intercepted 12.6 metres of intense sulphide mineralisation in HQ-core hole KXD21-02, part of the planned 4,500-metre, 2021 Deep Sulphide drilling programme for the Empire Mine in Idaho. Our geologists have visually identified a mix of sulphides that include, but are not limited to, chalcopyrite, chalcocite, galena, argentiferous galena, bornite, sphalerite, and molybdenite occurring in hole number KXD21-02 at concentrations up to 25% sulphide minerals from a depth of 173 metres over 7.9 metres. The mineralisation then becomes more intense at 181 metres over a 4.7 metre interval and increases to approximately 75% total sulphides.

IF THIS SULPHIDE IS AS BIG AS THEY THINK IT WILL YIELD £8 BILLION. WE ALSO HAVE THE PORPHRY POTENTIALLY SITTING UNDER ALL OF THIS !!!!

predicting the SP is impossible even multimillionaire traders can't do it. so we need a gauge to where the SP is likely to go. Here is my take.

Broker value for Empire starter mine + 320m of silver strike at Red Star is about £1.70/sh

Here are what I see as the add ins on top of the £1.70/sh
- The silver strike length at Red Star could be 3km in length subject to EM survey plus drilling
- The value of the Sulphide deposit which could be very substantial in size and about 8% copper plus other metals subject to assay results
- The Gold at Navarre Creek subject to Em survey and drilling
- The potential world class Porphyry deposit sitting under the site at depth
- The Cobalt properties where PXC have a free carry
- Plus any new deposits discovered through the EM surveys

When you start to add all this together 64p/sh looks cheap. When you think Red Star could have 10x the amount of silver as was 1st thought !! Red Star could be worth about £4-5 on its own. I'll be holding for a while longer...;o)))

PXC have $2 billion in starter mine resource plus what looks like a world class sulphide deposit sitting under that plus a very likely world class Porphyry system sitting under that, plus a world class silver mine, carlin gold mine and cobalt prospects. Plus God only knows what else on their land.

All the signs are there for the Porphyry system at depth. Location, grades, etc, etc. This will multiply from here, sit back and relax ……;0)))

Looking for some decent volume now. 52p then 55p to get through. Lots of news to come though so should not be a problem to break these resistances.

Wait until PXC announce the sulphide core sample assay results. This could be circa 8% copper and huge in dimensions. I would like to see a 3D scan so a volume can be established. Very exciting...;o))
