Yh I reckon there is more to indigo than meets the eye. RW said they swapped from Riverfort to Indigo for % cost reasons but Indigo want 20% for repayment Riverfort was 10%

There is no question PXC are a distressed company with an outstanding asset. They were though, in June 25 when the LOI was announced. The SP was 4.5p. The LOI investor was brought in by an existing shareholder and negotiates with Ryan. The LOI investor wants this mine operational and sees money can be made. You don't issue an LOI unless you are serious about your investment. I believe there is a chance the LOI will follow through, just IMO !

Also, who are indigo? They took the CLN knowing their dire finances. Apparently they passed on converted shares to others? Are they somehow linked to the LOI investor?

Hopefully PXC withheld some of the $5m NIU bond to pay the coupon or maybe it ended up in pinky and perky's pockets ?!?! who knows !

IMO PXC isn't going into administration any time soon. They have options. An LOI has some legal context to it (If they ever had an LOI that is !) if it is withdrawn PXC would have to RNS im sure.

The company needing cash isnt news.

"The CLN Investor may convert up to $1 million prior to 30 April 2026, plus a further $250,000 if the Company's share price has closed at 5.5 pence or higher for 5 consecutive trading days prior to 30 April 2026. From 1 May 2026 the CLN investor may convert the CLN in full. The Company may redeem the CLN in cash at nominal value plus 20%, with the written consent of the CLN Investor."

The terms of the CLN suggest PXC hope to have finance sorted by end of April 2026.

The upshot with Riverfort, they may be handing back the $1.5m PXC paid them. They may not want the cash. Dunno. They may prefer to convert.

Hopefully pinky and perky get fired and the phoenix can finally rise again ! PXC needs a fresh start, too many lies. No-one trusts the company which hopefully will change.

On the 23rd Jan 2026 he was:

"The Company also refers to its ongoing discussions with the US based bond investor (the "Investor"), first announced on 12 June 2025. These discussions have taken longer than initially anticipated due to other transactions the Investor has been completing. Although there can be no certainty a definitive agreement will be reached with the Investor, the Directors look forward to finalising the discussions and progressing towards completion. The Company looks forward to providing shareholders with further updates as appropriate."

PXC have stated that if he withdrew the LOI investors would be notified. His du diligence could be what uncovered the potential fraud.

We need clarity on where we stand with this LOI investor. He was introduced by a shareholder and he is negotiating with Ryan, not pinky and perky. The state of the company is known to the LOI investor. He will want all this financial web sorting out and his due diligence may have uncovered the potential fraud. The asset is still fantastic so a miracle may yet happen !

Apart from the suspension of BoD that was all known previously though. Ryan is negotiating with the LOI investor, the LOI investor knows PXC is a distressed company.

All it will take is Ryan to make a statement regarding the LOI investor still pursuing the investment and this multibags. Not sure how likely that is but the fat lady isn't singing yet !

...and nothing has really changed as far as they are concerned. The BoD suspensions is a bonus. We all knew they had to go. Hopefully things will work out somehow but dunno

There are some high net worth investors in PXC and one of them has suggested the LOI investor take part in the bond finance. With the US administration screaming out for critical minerals, those HNW investors must be getting pretty frustrated. If no-one is prepared to invest in these directors they have to go. Hopefully the HNW investors will get Empire pushed over the line somehow. They have a vested interest like us of low dilution so we live in hope something positive happens soon !

Its a tricky one. We know there is downward pressure from CLN and another grim RNS is due because of the repayment fiasco. MM might be trying to entice buying so the CLN can dump shares.

Yeah its grim. Hopefully this marks a line in the sand and a change in guard. All these hangers on, on the payroll all experts in raising finance apparently. If they aren't contributing get rid ! I just hope its not too late.

DP - Clearly, today's news is frustrating. The Company is looking into it, making sure we understanding all of the facts and how this matter has arisen, and when it has done so will update the market. A lot of shareholders have contacted me today, made their views clear, and they will all be taken into account.............The directors and Nomad are aware of all of these issues and we will get to the bottom of them and update the market as soon as possible.

The findings will be interesting. I wonder if too much whiskey has been involved...lol
