If you take Serica as an example, they are assuming all revenue and profits from BKR deal starts from the agreed transaction date. No mention of handing over profits to BP up until the deal is actually signed. #transformational

I am also in Regal Petroleum RPT. They are now producing similar level (about 3000 boepd) and throwing off cash into a pile. Currently drilling a new hole in 't ground. Be interesting to see what they do with all their cash. ~�70m m/c

Thanks for your input guys. it is more hope than any fact based research...but I am expecting HALO bank balance to be considerably larger than before the transaction !! hopefully no production glitches and we must be looking at ~$40m T/O per year. The asset did $31m I believe in 2016. I am sticking with my �3/sh +++ target anyway.....;o))

Yes I stand corrected SQZ deal is a reverse takeover too. The point I am trying to make is that I don't think Tullow will receive further payments or a share of profits since 1st Jan 2017. I think Tullow 101 was owned by HALO since 1st Jan 2017 and HALO stand where they fall from that date.

I think we need to remember that HALO have purchased a company (Tullow 101) which was a subsidiary of Tullow and therefore own all of that company's assets and employees. The transaction is a reverse takeover. HALO haven't just bought an asset from Tullow that Tullow operates. This transaction is not the same as the Serica/BP transaction where Serica have bought an asset from BP and need new staff to operate the asset. As an analogy this transaction is the equivalent of Serica buying BP. I am assuming as far as operating the Tullow 101 assets are concerned at a staffing level, not a lot changes. Tullow 101 staff become HALO employees. I believe that all income and operating costs from 1st Jan 2017 are transferred under HALO as an enlarged group. Can't wait to find out...;o)) fingers crossed us PI's don't get screwed over !!
