P.S. A bit of insight. The council chair called it the "star prize". They went on and on about the benefits for jobs and their local economy, and expressed excitement about the green credentials to boot. The concern was lorry movements, but this should be mitigated by the rail link which forms part of the plans (the railway line flanks the plant's compound).

Totally agree on the economy and jobs aspect. On a national level, but perhaps more acutely on a local level.

I watched the NE Lincs Planning Committee meeting via video link. I observed the passion oozing out of the councillors as they set out their support for this project before they unanimously approved it. I am confident that they will be valuable advocates. They will be lobbying their local MP / central government to get this thing away.

...get your hands in your pockets and shove this up to 5.6p (at least).... ;-)

The term "this is the future" is almost a cliché it is so liberally chucked about. But VLS really is the future.

I am counting on that too Taff. I know that it can take a few days. I am expecting some splashes in the papers over the long weekend on this which may also be a catalyst.

Whilst I agree entirely (everything is telling me from my research that there is only upside from here) actually "chilling" with a lot of eggs in this basket is proving tough.

MM games supported by the big seller and yesterday's traders has clipped her wings. We need somebody to go and find us some new buyers or I fear we don't get towards any of our definitions of "fair value".
