In 2018 after yet another RNS warning of hitting unforeseen low grades at Sukari I asked Andrew Pardey on telephone call in if he had seen Kees Dekker's article of 2015 which warned of the failure to acknowledge and appropriately manage the impending and likely ongoing grade problems.

Pardey denied any knowledge of the article, this was a lie because Pardey attempted to get the 2015 article pulled !

So if investors and potential investors are being lied to by company directors as in this case how can they make rational decisions, they can't!

Fair comments on Centamin, no doubt about it Pardey and the other stinkers "Had our legs up!" whilst digging us into a deep pile of crap!

The new regime are slicker, hopefully not slyer, but give the impression of being more competent t too deliver results , lets just hope it's not more bullsh*t that is delivered instead!

I am suspicious of the relationship with FTI Consulting Ben Brewerton and "Investor Meet" is far too one sided to be of any real use in getting answers to questions the company deems to awkward!

Unfortunately in today's markets there is far too much emphasis on waiting for the next piece of news in the next few hours, even minutes which is then used for the very short term trading by manipulation up and down of the markets indices just to create unnecessary trading , the best way to achieve growth and stability is to invest for the long term, but of course those that run the markets don't want that!

Today's stock market is really just a "Posh" online gambling site, no different to any of the other poker, Bet Fred or bingo sites, just the stakes and the impact on everyone s lives for the better or worse is greatly amplified!

I would have more faith in Martin Horgan's statement that Centamin looks very cheap in the 80's if he bought a million or two himself, words are cheap when your shares are free though!

What purchases senior directors have made so far are "Chickens feed!"

So far Liberum have been far more accurate about the Centamin price than any of their corporate brokers and analysts who are after all "Bumming the company load!"

I trust the vast majority of brokers like a rattle snake at a lucky dip and the corporate analysts are in the pockets of the companies they work for, so i would just like to see some actual measurable proof , that is the AISC dropping as a result of a firm notification of cessation of waste clearance , some news of if the bonanza grades do actually exist and if so how are the benefits being utilised and how much is being saved by running on solar, rather that endless sales talk and promises!

Yes lets hope that we start to see a sustained share price recovery once, yes once it becomes more than just yet more promises that fade away like a desert mirage!

On another note what about the bosses of the water companies proposing to increase bill by 40% to do what they have supposed to have been doing since privatisation in the eighties, that is comply with the environmental and public health laws!

The water companies should not have been paying any shareholder dividends or directors bonuses until after they had achieved network that doesn't leak, they was no pollution of natural water ways or raw sewage being dumped in the sea , all dividends and bonuses should be stopped until the water companies are delivering what they are supposed to.

Of course the obvious answer is too announce renationalisation of all the water companies then the market will go short on them thus reducing the share price enabling the government buy back at a fair price , once back in public ownership all the revenue raised can go back into running the mesylate, the same should be done with every other industry that was privatised, it really is the only way to provide fit for purpose public services!

Gold down a tad, but spanked again today despite some positive news, market still doesn't trust Centamin!

Centamin PLC (LON: CEY) shares rose on Tuesday after the company released the results of its pre-feasibility study (PFS) of its Doropo Gold Project located in northeastern Côte d’Ivoire.

The PFS revealed a Maiden Mineral Reserve Estimate of 1.87 million ounces of gold.

As a long term holder I can assure you that Cowichan in'snt in the pay of any organisation dedicated to promoting negativity towards Centamin.

To be fair Cowichan has been instrumental in promoting good news and positivity about the company on many occasions in the past.

I wrote to the company and to its PR company in August 2022 asking if Sukari “Bonanza grades” have been verified as genuine and their presence and quality can be verified by other experts other than Mr Mc Phail?

So what did this achieve as far as we retail shareholder's are concerned?

I don't disagree when compared to Martin Horgan & Ross Gerrard, but that said for these guys already on very nice little earners with expenses!,buying at these piffling levels doesn't show any real commitment when compared to the likes of some retail investors on here.

After over decade of broken promises, missed targets and underhand deception about the true state of Sukari I remain very suspicious of recent changes such as changing to a PR company with little experience in Egypt and track record of making a worse service or company or service appear a bearable alternative, not to mention being possibly a case of the "Old pals act" is this all part of the plan to make it easier to string us along?

One can't help but be suspicious of the lateness, possibly even unwillingness to update on Doropo.

I asked an independent and experienced mining analyst to look at the information the company has released so far and the analyst concluded that on the information available Doropo is mediocre , or "Hardley a dripping roast!".

That said the analyst did feel the information released so far in many respects it was vague and lacking any real substance, would have been good to see a detailed mining plan, but far too many companies never provide one because its not in their interests if they want to reel in the investors!

So it seems we are really still being kept in the dark, why?
