All is going well at Sukari, the AISC will start to decline in 2022 and continue to do so whilst production will steadily increase into 2023, POG may pull back, but once the clearing banks have finished covering their paper sell positions then it is more likely to rise in 2022.

if you have the holding you claim then as well as expressing your despair on here your time may well be far better spent writing to Martin Horgan expressing your concerns, possibly asking him to explain his strategy and time frame for a return to lower AISC and a return to 500,000oz per annum at Sukari.
if you haven't done so already then you should watch Martin' Horgan's broadcast from the Denver forum, it may at least help you feel better, if not then you really ought to consider the reasons why you continue to hold this stock.
So this weekend why not compose that letter and get it off to Martin Horgan, he wants to hear from retail investors and you will have done something positive which may help you feel much better, it will at the very least make the management aware of another private investors views.

Thank you, my old broker friend gave me an explanation along the same lines around 20 years ago when the majority of trading was done by your personal broker and via the telephone, he always said that that market was skewed in favour of those that make it and they rarely come out on the wrong side!

I don't see any good reason or see that it is the best it in the interests of the company or genuine share holders to reply to chat forums because the members can claim to be whomever they want to be and there is no way of the company being able to verify identities of the enquirers or their real motives.
It is far more appropriate and and safer of all parties concerned that any enquiry submitted to to a company should include the full name address and contact details of the enquirer, also the company is under more obligation to respond.
It is then up to the individual to decide whether or not to disclose that information in the public domain.
I doubt very much that you will see replies to share holders questions posted directly on any of these type of forums by the investor relations department of any company that is behaving responsibly.

Martin Horgan is adamant in his belief that it is all the share holders that own the business and whatever the number of sharers held they all have the right to be heard by the management board and their opinions and questions treated with with equal importance.
I understand it only a very small number of UK based staff who are self isolating at present due to contact with others and so are now working from home until they get the all clear.
So this may well be why replies to recent enquiries are taking longer.

Glad to hear that you received your reply, I understand replies to investors have been delayed because of some temporary disruption in normal service due to the self isolation of the relevant staff unfortunately coinciding with the Denver conference and sudden upsurge in received enquires from existing and potential new investors.
I'm sure we all send our best wishes to the members of staff concerned and hope they make a full and speedy recovery to full health and despite this interruption in normal service also start to feel uplifted about the invigoration of retail and institutional investor interest in Centamin!
it's also very encouraging to learn that more retail investors are making the effort to write to Centamin!
Possibly soon time to think about dusting off the golden flips flops!

It seems that over the past few days there have been quite number of retail investors written communications received at Centamin, yours may well be amongst them.
Also The Denver Forum has resulted in a considerable extra workload for the relevant Centamin staff.
But although invigorated interest in Centamin is all to the good, it is unfortunately most probably the reason you haven't received any reply as yet.

Thank you for providing the insight into what is really happening via your professional grade software and for your explanation to Candid.
It is good example of just how much advantage some have in the markets, on occasion I had insight into what was taking place on a professional level in the precious metals markets compared to what the retail investor /trader sees or has access to, which is usually very different to what is indicated in real time on the screens of those with professional level access.
Retail investors , even those with brokerage subscription accounts are still way behind the reality at the top which will be filtering down to retail levels in due course!
As you will be aware although Google finance may claim ti be in real time, its investor real time!

I agree Martin's professionalism and enthusiasm in presenting his strategy for the future of Centamin, his reporting on the progress at Sukari and the options that are being investigated in other West African states should give share holders considerable reassurance that the worst is over and things are indeed getting better!
Good to hear that you had a reply from Alex of IR, I get the impression that there is lot's more more good news to come but Martin wants to be absolutely certain what is promised is deliverable and that the news is released at the right time!

Unfortunately its too late ,the world has moved on 50 odd years and with the present shower of sh*ts in charge there will be no reset for the better , it was after all their party who did the selling off of our industries and utilities to foreign owners!
Goldgnome already pointed out why Brexit was seen as an opportunity by the City and by the LBMA to keep control of the POG, but that ploy has failed all they have is a delay until 2022 and are desperately trying to dig themselves out of a pit whilst the and the EU is abiding by Basel 3 and attracting more bank gold related clearing and so that will affect the world price of gold.
I appreciate that you are more akin to a trader rather than what I would term an investor, but good lick with your £1.35 you may well reach it sooner than you realise and then in the not too distant future you may wish you set your target higher!

I know you will be aware I certainly don't share Liberians view or heed their recommendations , they are taking advantage of the preset situation and almost certainly working to an agenda.
Although to be fair even though Liberian are desperately trying to drive the share Cey share price down for whatever reason, yet despite this they are forced to acknowledge that things are improving and despite where the share price things will get better, they know that if truth be known only idiots would be selling at this price!
To be honest I only have Liberians previous Cey report of 2020 at hand .
I do hope you put your questions into Centamin?
Cowicahn has been working much harder on share holders behalf than some on here will ever realise , he is to be commended!

Q2’21 production was 100koz at cash costs of US$883/oz
and All-In Sustaining Costs (AISC) of US$1,290/oz (Q1’21:
104koz @ US$733/oz cash cost, US$1,091/oz AISC).
Centamin is therefore on-track to meet its full-year 2021
target of 400-430koz @ US$800-900/oz cash cost and
US$1,150-1,250/oz AISC. We see this as an important
‘result’ in that Centamin has been investing heavily for
operational reliability in order to restore market confidence
in the company’s ability to meet guidance.
Egyptian Bid Round exploration licence terms agreed
Earlier this month, terms were agreed over three gold exploration blocks
(incorporating 19 licences) covering 3,164km2
) in Egypt’s Arabian Nubian
Shield (subject to final legal formalities, which Centamin expects to complete
in Q3 2021). Terms were agreed under the new Egyptian mining code,
following a tax, rent & royalty framework (28% tax, 5% royalty and 15% freecarried interest for the government), with the new licences independent from
the Concession Agreement (CA) for Sukari. We understand that one of the
blocks is around Sukari, suggesting potential to discovering satellite
orebodies within trucking distance of the plant. How this would work in terms
of the interaction of the CA and the new framework remains to be worked out.

(with Q2 at 89.3%).
H1 unit costs at lower end of full-year guidance range
Total cash costs and AISC came in at US$883/oz and US$1,186/oz in Q2
2021, for H1 averages of US$807/oz and US$1,186/oz – i.e., at the lower end
of Centamin’s full-year guidance is for US$800-900/oz cash cost and
US$1,150-1,250/oz, respectively. We had modelled US$868/oz and
US$1,216/oz, respectively.
Capex guidance maintained, but more H2-weighted
Capex spend in H1 2021 amounted to US$78.3m, but full-year capex
guidance remains US$225m – i.e. 65% in H2 (previously 55%), due to certain
payments being rescheduled to Q3 2021.
Balance sheet remains strong
As at 30 June 2021, Centamin had US$312m of cash and liquid assets (March
2021: US$331m), after the final dividend of US$34.5m and Sukari profit share
distribution in H1 2021 of US$45.7m, with no debt and no hedging. Detailed
H1 2021 financials are to be released on 5 August 2021.
Phase 2 of Sukari Life of Asset (LOA) review by end 2021
An updated structural model was completed for Sukari in Q2 2021, which will
be integrated into the full geological model in Q3 2021. An updated resource
estimate will underpin Phase 2 of the LOA review, which Centamin continues
to expect to complete by the end of 2021.

Brexit is certainly not muted as far as the rest of the world goes, since dropping out of the EU the UK is all the more isolated and no longer has the same bargaining power with the rest of the world, it's been given the sh(it end of the stick in every trade deal it has supposedly negotiated post Brexit and is now regarded as "The english patient" by the main players in world events which will affect with the overall UK economy.
In turn the survival of many UK companies profits and their ability to carry on paying dividend, people may lose their jobs affecting their standards of living , the price of basic's, rising energy and utility prices, withdrawal of universal credit, so less to spend, less to invest, rising national taxation and increasing debt making it almost impossible to consider raising interest rates for the near future.
The so called government training schemes have been a smoke and mirrors exercise to disguise fact that their really has'nt been any the commitment to proper apprenticeships in UK industries for many years!
In the main many of our own UK people aren't willing to do he jobs that the former EU immigrant workforce used to do and despite what some choose to believe employers won't want to increase wages by very much, they have done the numbers and in the long term there far cheaper options that never ask for a rise, holiday, pension or go sick are on the cards, even better the cost of can be written off against tax!
Companies like Ocado ,Amazon, Boo Hoo, major retailers, NHS, various service providers and others have appointed robotic experts to their boards and are now committed to replacing many manual, store , customer service, and distribution staff with computer program's and robotics, these are produced in countries like Japan
Many companies and businesses want to claim any grants going, but don't really want to commit to employing people long term, especially when they can rely more and more on robotics, also forget working in the "just Eat, Domino Pizza, Burger" kitchens that produce the fast convenience food people order on their apps, the kitchens are being moved to industrial estates and robotics will be taking the orders and putting the food togethe , then it will be delivered by GPS guided pavement trucks and drones!

So what do fortunate to be in employment reasonably paid people invest in, Centamin may well be a good option at a bargain price considering that AISC will start to fall off next year and continue to decrease as Sukari output rises to some expected normality , a safe divided and a readily rising share price especially if POG rises as many predict.
