To see if anything has changed. Nope...... HH still holding high hopes for this pitiful excuse of a company. Still no relist in sight and I'm amazed peeps still think this is a decent company. I presume we still haven't had the 2014 accounts? I guess I can only hope we do relist so I can get my sorry A$$ out of this company and never look back.
Hi fellow TGL holder. Although not qualified in the least I do however have experience of the his sort of thing having been locked in a delisted company now for almost 3 yrs now. TGL is now my 2nd delisted company I own shares in. Shares held in a normal account will be transferred automatically if and when the company relist. Be it TGL or GOS. Currently they have no value, although you still own a percentage of TGL and will remain so. There is no time limit that I'm aware of and I like I eluded to above, my other company is 3 yrs and still no relist in sight but again I still own a percentage of the company. If and when they relist, there value will be reassessed and that figure will be incorporated into the new share price. Your 4th question is answered in my opening statement. I personally can not see why HH100 is still adamant about TGL being a Strong Buy, when the rest of us see it as it is and that's shares that worthless with nothing from TGL in reassurance or some sort of timetable going forward. I think it's a disgrace that we've had nothing since the last RNS in October. All they had to do was release the figures within 6 months. We've been stabbed in the back and what becomes of the nice bloke at the end of the phone when countless of times it's all everything is rosey and nothing to worry about. Mugs is all I can think of at the moment and that's not them that's us....... Gutted this was not sorted. I could of lumped all this TGL cash into Chonca after that crashed back to levels worth investing at after a failed merge or whatever it was. It's already trebled from the price it fell back to and it's all because of TGL and oh Mr Khan who's the golden child to some posters on here. But that's my problem I know, I just feel better getting that out..... If any of the TGL board happen to read this BB I'd just say, make it sooner rather than later if anything is going to happen regardless of winding the company up or giving us shares in Cambridge because of the huge F up in TGL. Live long and prosper!
I hope your right fella. So your happy that they've chosen not to release a RNS reassuring shareholders? Your happy about not releasing the figures? Or not even putting the presentation that they said would do? I have a right to be paranoid because the Indians have stop sending smoke signals. Is it because there Wigwams have caught fire and are now toast, or is it because Indians have packed up and moved to pastures new. I salute you my friend for being positive. We are now no longer listed which means my shares are worth zip until they relist. I don't know how hard or easy it is just to get admitted back on AIM, but I guessing it's a lot harder than straightforward or most companies would do it to get away from issuing RNS on whatever subjects. Personally I think it's game over. I hope or would like to be proven wrong in the not to distant future. But we shall see. Anyways, wishing everyone a safe and prosperous new year!
At HH100 enthusiasm. Every time I hit that TGL tab every few weeks and read up I see time and time again HH100 still holding strong..... I do have to take my hat off to you sir for still believing in TGL. Were as the rest of us have admitted defeat and said bye bye to our cash. You think this is bad while there still on AIM, lol just wait until there delisted!! Nada, zip, for months. The guy at the end of the phone will no longer be available to chat. Emails unreplied to. At least I did have some good news today....... Chonca the share that multi bagged that was always repeatedly referred to crashed back down to earth.... Back all the way down to .50. So if you do have anything left, the door is open again in CHA For TGL, there's a big reason why they'd rather delist than produce those figures. An if you haven't Sussed that out yet, god help ya.
So basically since my last rant in Nov nothing as changed. Apart from a couple of phone calls stating Houston we have a problem, er in Canada. I'm sorry, but I don't buy it. We've had nothing since the 1st October. Nothing! They'd know a lot of investors would be chewing there nails to the bone worrying about delisting and still nothing. This to me this lacks compassion and does not boad well for the future. I have read every message since my last post and the story about TGL and Canada and wanting total separation is just a muse in my eyes. I think SD touched on it saying these are bright people. It would not take any accountant more than a month to sort out the tax issue and like SD said, they should be giving us money not the other way round.... How hard really??? My thoughts are....... Excuses. Another statement I read was if and when we relist, we are looking at a one for one share in GOS. As anyone thought how much that one share would be worth with just GOS? We only paid £250k for the company and we have no figures ( again, why is GOS accounts got anything to do with a TGL shell I have no idea) as to the current worth of that one share. Yeah sure some bits of GOS are making money and some bits are doing very well, but what about the bits that aren't doing so well??? How does it compare overall? Is it a break even company. We simply don't know without publishing the accounts and to me it's because it's not making money and not Canada like we are told. It just not adding up. You think if GOS was making a mint they wouldn't publish those accounts, of course they would. I see the presentation dispite being reminded twice is still not up lol It's hard to be optimistic from my angle from what I've read and again I think SD said it, AIM is just like Roulette. Hell I should know...... I settled my works accident for £200k out of court just 3 yrs ago and it's gone all because of AIM. Now yes that is my fault and no one else's and I'm not after pity. But really, my 2 biggest investments I made are both going to be delisted by 2016...... Even the 'experts' didnt see this coming, so what chance did I have to make any money....... Hard and truthful lesson learnt I must say. But hey, it's Christmas in 16 sleeps! Ps. I will hold out and I might eventually see a return, but yes I have more chance going down the bookies. At least my inheritance won't be blown the same way! IK you can still redeem yourself ya know and make a handful of Pi's very happy!
But same old same old. IK is not exactly flooding us with confidence is he? No news for 7 weeks in a share that has just 7 weeks left before its delisted. You really think that there so so busy with behind the scenes work hence why we haven't heard anything. Why do we constantly think good things all the time that will / could happen during this closed in share.... Cambridge is nothing to do with us and I'm sick of reading about how good it is that we are involved and a 1000 bagged could happen just like Microsoft blah blah blah. Correct me if I'm wrong, but TGL loaned them £50k, that's it, end of, no more to it.Why do some think that we could be rich off Cambridge. We have even been told that nothing will come off us and Cambridge. IK knowns exactly what he's doing. The potential Cambridge has is mega and IK know this, hence why he's more interested in that, than TGL. It's time we woke up and smelt the coffee. Why do you think we haven't seen the yr end reports? I'll tell ya, because there's nothing but bad figures. They'd rather let TGL delist than publish those reports and once we have delisted, it won't matter. I'm sure Hedge will shoot me down and call me all the names he can muster, but I am invested, I'm nothing to do with that other site and I don't have an alternative motive, so back off please. This is my point of view and I'm saying it how I see it end off. I am entitled to that being a BB. But enough is enough and I hope the hell im wrong, but I doubt it. They don't even answer the phone now, that's how bad it is and I'm a fool to , I fell for all the spiel IK spouted off. Lol @ presentation being put up on the website, although I could be wrong but seeing there is no mention of it in here im prob right. Annoyed because I've been taken for a mug, pee'd off because as per norm there's was nothing I /we could do regards any warning before the lock in so we lose everything, but no doubt some will say they will relist because they need funds and you can't do that while unlisted. The best chance we have is if IK sells TGL/GOS. But considering is involvement in Cambridge he will sell up for pennies. If I'm wrong I'll buy you all a pint! Like I say, this is my take and how I feel and no way is picking on anyone on this BB. Block me if want to I'm done caring. 7 weeks MR I Khan 7 weeks to go...... Regards Peter Ps. English grammar was not my best subject at school and that's if I was allowed to go to school. You see my parents would rather go out to the pub than give me bus fare so I could travel to school and the results are above. But I have auto correct on my iPad and sometimes changes the word without me seeing it as well, so apologies for any mistakes. PPS. You guys rock!
Facts there HH. But I'm a firm believer that each company is unique and they make there own luck. To me it's pointless saying 16 out of 32 RTOs for 2014 went on to make triple figures rises once they became back from suspension. It's like a football stat man saying, WBA have won 9 times out of 10 at home to Aston Villa over the last 10 years, so it must be a clear indicator that WBA will win. Wrong! The past doesn't matter one squat in the here and now. It's about the WBA team of today here and now and the same is said of companies suspended going through a RTO. I am however in a better place knowing we bought a super car rather than a Mini Metro with regards to GOS. It makes such a difference being debt free and also a working Super car instead of possible Lemon. So the omens are good and that's what's going to count once we become trading again. I'm not 100% convinced about Cambridge yet, but that's my own opinion so it counts for nothing. Obviously I hope it works out and having both on board would send this flying. But for me it's about GOS and what we can make out of it.... Slightly concerned about what I read over on Adv. there was a piece about Khan by a guy who seemed well versed and reading the posts after him certainly seemed to upset a few peeps. Even so, GOS was and still is a cash generating company without iK interfering with proceedings. Why fix something that's not broke huh. Anyways, regardless of what the Adv board says, I think we will be ok with our pockets surely bulging once we begin trading again. Even if it is 6 months of waiting. I'm good with that. Thanks HH for the info, appreciated the effort you took.
I concur. Sit back and twiddle our thumbs is the best course of action...
To be honest, I don't have a scooby doo to the new price once that admission doc is sorted and we become unsuspended. It could just double, triple or not move at all. If there's one thing I've learnt over the yrs on here is to keep your feet firmly on the floor. But I have never been in a company with this much potential either. Do companies really re rate from suspension?? I mean look at WRN. Everyman and his dog would of put there houses on that the fact they were in the money and big time as well. I was called a crazy foolish ramper when I suggested WRN could remain suspended well after the 6 month maximum period. I won't tell you what I was called when I mentioned no re rate at all was possible... I'm not putting a dampener on this, far from it. I'm just a bit more feet on the ground these days. What happens will happen without any of us speculating. I'm sure the board would of sat down and gone through everything and they obv decided a while back that this was the best course to take. We might see a consolidation as well. It can't look good for a top security system company like GOS trading shares for half a pence! Given that, I think we would lose our multi bagger if this was to happen. Again, experience from past dealings.... But nowt we can do except sit back and wait now! Good luck peeps.
I find myself yet again suspended in a share. When will I learn.. But I have a lot of faith in this company and like the others, feel it's the right move. The SP will not be up and down on all the hype and those trolls can't do anything about it either. So all in all very chuffed that I held my nerve ( for a change ) and never once thought about selling up. I decided to put all my eggs in one basket with this company, now it's just a matter of time. Of course, it's natural to start jumping to the re rate price once everything is sorted, but if that 30p is reached, I will be making my posts from a beech somewhere in the world. I bought in @ 0.40p and even just a ' little ' jump to 4p gets me a 10 Bagger. But why stop there.... I think I believe the guy over on the other board, that this will get taken out by a bigger player which of course is excellent news for the share holders. For once I feel upbeat and this looks likes it's been planned to the T by a very very good team of people. Not greedy at all, so I'm looking at 4p please. This as just made my weekend! Have a good in peeps.
Regards Confounder my friend, your so far off the mark when you stated about me being Mr Deramper.. Not that it bothers me at all, I've never entertained the laughable statements that some posters deem worthy of being a ramper or not. But the fact I know first hand on more than one occasion I might add, that being suspended in a share and voicing my concern over it from past experience deems me fit enough to voice my concern. But we all bat for the same team here so let's not start a slanging match :) I see not very much has happened this week and with only a handful of posts to read I guess it's back from where u came from. Although I totally agree that this sector is the bees knees and silly things should start happen sooner than later. I do hope there closing in on a possible acquisition hence the quietness and rightly noted about those x2 3 mill buys at the end. It's all about crossing the T's and dotting the I's and making sure everything is solid and water tight before announcing anything and I'm in no immediate rush to get rich quick! But one day, we will wake up and this share will multibag right before our eyes. Until then and just has long as it remains at these levels and not lower most of us are still in profit, abeit only a small percentage rather than 100% just weeks back. Hope you'll all have a great weekend and I'll catch up again next weekend.
Just checking in to see if anything has happened and wasn't best pleased with the fall back in price... But I'm guessing, if there is any chance at all that TGL find themselves suspended / delisted at the end of June for not satisfying AIM rules and regs then shares will be sold until it's cleared up. I believe once July is upon us and everything is all ok we should leave this bottom level for good. I'm still 100% committed to TGL and the vibes are still good. It's just time that's needed. Chins up peeps and enjoy the weekend. I will check back in a week, where I will not be surprised to see us lower than current, a fit mot much lower...
Spread.... It's the lowest Ive seen it on here. I'm more use to seeing double figures all the time with TGL. I wonder.... If at last the city boys are starting to notice this wee little AIM Company! Can't really add anything else, that's been said before. So I'll check back again in a week.
I was one of those peeps who was in here when the SP was in the 18p range and totally wrote it off. It wasn't much but still it was a loss. But by forgetting about it and writing it off, enabled me to stick around and of course buy more right at the bottom rate. If this gets back to that 18p and to be honest it's got a chance now, well I'll be retiring for the right reasons this time and not some Medical retirement I was forced into back in 2008. I've stated before though that 8p would be my target but if it's got the power to quickly pass that 8p and beyond all the better. But I suspect this share will be suspended once the big takeovers arrive and I hope to god it's not another WRN. But being locked in if and when it happens then once unsuspended this will re rate and we all ride off into the sunset. Remember though, this can suspend without notice so if your thinking about investing be warned..... It's better to be locked in than locked out. Exciting times.. My only concern though, is I hope we don't get diluted to death. It's so easy to just hit that funding RNS and add another 100 million shares into the pot time after time. It prob won't happen, but that's my only concern. The rest is just short of a fairy tale waiting to come to life. Strong Buy!
Anybody still as doubts, just check out the last trade of the week. Full ask 800k shares @.85. Just shy of £50 mill huh. Thinking about it, maybe my range of selling is a tad in the low side. I mean £50 mill these days is nothing in the security business and we still have Cambridge on top, plus all the odds deals they pick up. I hear Car Craft have gone into administration Mr Khan..... All that stock for next to nothing.... But slightly off spec compared to GOS and Cambridge I suppose. But getting back to it, like I say maybe 8p - 10p is a tad low compared to the potential. But it all depends on time. If they hit 8p before 2016 then I'm staying a while longer, but if it's a slow path lasting more than 18 months then that's me. It's actually only a ten bigger from today's prices and we've seen often enough that that can be smashed in no time, so I say again, exciting times to be involved in TGL, just don't flood the market with extra shares please Mr Khan regardless......
Since I last posted, but pleasantly surprised to see my investment doubled plus some more. But this looks like it's just beginning to catch people's interest. I'm here for the ride and will not be selling anything until this baby hits the dizzy heights of 8p+ Chonca managed a lot more and I still kick myself for not having the balls to stick around and it cost me thousands, but lesson learnt. The only thing that gnaws at me is the possibility of being taken for a ride. It's nothing more than my own paranoid self thinking this and no way means I'm trying to frighten people. I've been burnt twice with two great companies in MTA who decided to suspend there shares with no warning and then delist some 18 months ago now and of course WRN. So you see why I'm a bit paranoid...... But Mr Khan hopefully looks after his shareholders a bit better and I see no reason why he would do. I have a price in my head and once that price is reached ( Hopefully this year ) I will bow out gracefully. What's that price I hear you ask...... Nothing to greedy just 10p which of course is 2p more than I quoted. 8p is the signal to start selling off and 10p is the price I would of sold my entire shares. I guess a lot depends on Cambridge if or when there is a takeover, be that reverse or normal. The Security business still continues to deliver and shows no sign of stagnating with new and renewal contracts being signed. Plus we have the possibility of more purchases. Remember those words forever imprinted in our heads, that they will not release a RNS for every deal done and say it's just part an parcel of every day business....... So the future looks really good and I think those doubters who wrote all the bad things last year will be forced to eat there words.... I will continue to drop in from time to time and read up, but I think the days of constantly monitoring share prices is defo a thing of the past for me. It's more like once a month now which works out great. Happy to hold indeed.
You might be slaughtered if you keep, posting like that. I mean, you have the same posting history as me and vfo..... What a pile of poop Hedgepig. You really need to get out more if you think that I'm in someway connected to vfo. Also for your information I have been a member on LSE for 4 yrs. You see I have a habit of losing my temper when I read basically what you wrote with your silly little repeat conversations. But I can do that as well Mr Hedgepig....... What was it you said over on iii? When TGL was falling, falling and falling until it reached about 2.40p about a year ago now... This is a strong buy, at this price it's a very good price. I believe you used CAPITALS as well to get the point over. So don't start bad mouthing me sunshine.... By the way, how did you feel when the other posters ripped you to shreds about your strong buy post? If I say the grass is green then it's green. I don't need to lie, I don't need to deceive anyone, so I'll say this just once Mr Hedgepig. I'm on here to watch my investment. I don't know anybody on this board and I'm certainly not coincidentally associated with vfo. Also for Information purposes this is my 6th account, so I'm not a 'newbie' ok, let's move on shall we. Whether you think vfo is talking tosh or not, I, that being me, who doesn't know vfo, likes to read all sides whether it's good or bad. I certainly know he's well versed in conversation and he or she, because I don't know if vfo is male or female, actually talks a lot of sense. So by reading good and bad comments I get a bigger picture of the overall story. I would never base any of my buys and sells on some bodies information, but the more information on TGL and to be frank he seems to know a lot more than you do from what I've read, so maybe you just might learn something yourself by listening to vfo.... But that works both ways. I respect what you write ( unless it's one of your copy and paste conversations that you like to do ). Believe it or not, but we all are on the same team here and we all want the same result and that's to make money... I said before, I sold up every share I had in other companies to load up in here because I do believe we are going places with TGL, hence my name...... So let's all get along nicely and not be so Ignornant to the very well informed comments from non shareholders. That's just not at vfo but to anyone who's got something to say. Good or bad who cares, because it's not going to effect the share price, trolls have no influence so again, who cares. By the way, I purposely didn't go anywhere near this board after watching the price fall in Monday, so was a pleasant surprise to see we had move back up to were we where almost. Now let's test that 1p please.... Good night y'all
Hedge, I value every persons comments on here good or bad and at the end of the day we all want the same goal which is to make money. I'm on the same side as you but you've got to let people speak without contradicting every they say. The guy is in a great position to add more information about this Quantum stuff and I for one value the extra info. I also value your input as well, so please don't have a pop at me or vfo just because you don't like what you read. If the guy wants to add info although not interested in the company by being a Non shareholder then try and just accept what it is. Again it's not the norm to comment or spend hours typing responses to bulletins boards that have nothing financial to gain by doing what's he's doing, but it's still is right to or not. I think it's great having such intelligence involvement on here and I for one hope it continues. Yes it's made me reevaluate my position, but the goal still stands and that's to give it 12 months. Who knows when the next great opportunity arises, but the speed TGL are moving I wouldn't put it past them to announce something this month. I hope you all have a great and safe week ahead.
I think you last post is a well thought out, smart piece of information and I congratulate you on that. Yes it's going to upset one or two but it's correct. The wording and length of your reply makes perfect sense and yes it was a painful blow to take, but facts are facts. Cambridge Quantum are exactly like you suggest and the numbers quoted for investment I saw last year just to carry on with the research was vast sums of money, huge amounts. So to have Cambridge quantum so new as well being quoted as a RTO is just not going to happen anytime soon. I like so many others thought it was a done deal, but how can it be a RTO now? computer Quantum needs to be bigger than TGL and considering we own GOS as well it can't happen yet. Infact it would currently be a RTO for them not us in TGL. But it's just a small blip on the scale of items and I'm sure Mr Khan and others are eyeing up more company bargains. Also the RNS statimg we are not going to announce every deal we do because it's simply what we do speaks volumes and it's just a case of sitting and waiting now. I'm here to minimum Dec and even then I might just top slice to free up funds. But who knows what's around the corner, hell we might even end up a oily the way the oil and gas company's are struggling these days due to the low cost of oil. There you Mr Khan, an idea for ya.... It's late now so I bid you good night and enjoy your week end peeps. Mr Thomas Gardener Love.
I'm overly impressed with the spread % either. This AM it was 25% which is obscent and I'm positive this puts off a load of punters from buying in and taking a shareholding. I know it does because it would me! Yes it's not 25% currently but 13.3% which is still a lot considering and I'd still be slightly put off if I didn't know the company or the board. But the people on this BB do know because they've done there homework and we all agree this could be the share of the year, but we would say that wouldn't we.... Unfortunately I knew this company when they were TGL in the olden days and sitting pretty at 18p only for the descent all the way to, well here. Could this ever get to those numbers again? I believe so given the right circumstances, but would Mr Khan really want to hang around that long? Personally I'd say no unless of course we find the golden ticket which sends us to those dizzy heights. But what about reality, how far could we go seriously??? We know GOS will generate cash and while it keeps doing this and winning more contracts the value of the company also inflates. But we need to know if the RTO is 100% going to happen. If it does and it is Quantum what sort of figures would be quoted once we became unsuspended? I will not lie, my expectations are high, but just 4.50p is a ten fold increase and I think we smash that. Even 6p, 7p possibly 8p is not such pie in the sky numbers if and a big IF we get what we think might happen. But we still have more possibilities even after Quantum, or that never happens. Which is why this is a iron cast share, in my opinion of course!!
