Context:

ImmuPharma is a specialist biopharmaceutical company focusing on peptide-based treatments.

P140, their main drug candidate, is an "immunormalizer" for autoimmune diseases, with potential for a diagnostic tool as well.

The company previously aimed for a P140 deal in 2025 but extended the timeline into 2026 due to significant interest from major pharma players, seeking the best strategic fit.
