For those unfamiliar with CAP-XX - here's a paragraph from the court paperwork in connection with the patent infringement case against CDE.
CAP-XX "Its supercapacitors are commonly used in wireless
applications, such as, wireless sensor networks, personal digital assistant devices, mobile phones,
and compact flash products; and in consumer product applications, such as, eBooks, toys, digital
music players, notebook PCs, and digital still cameras. It has also offered supercapacitors for
sale in connection with automotive, medical device, metering, and industrial handheld terminal
applications."

I agree with your analysis -
IMO, Anthony Kongats dropped a massive hint in the last RNS. That $20 million figure wasn't plucked out of thin air.
We are also getting close to the court hearings which AK is confident of winning. With the backing of multi-billion dollar partners such as AVX, and Samsung supplier, Murata, we're on the edge of something big.

For those that don't know, Formula E is the racing car project for electric cars. You'll see several clips on YouTube.
As we all know, Formula 1 racing is used to test and showcase new design concepts - it's the same with Formula E.
McLaren supply the battery packs this year, in partnership with Murata, who licence technology from CAP-XX. If it's confirmed that CAP-XX licenced technology is being in this most advanced setting - boom.

IMO, it's Murata supplying Samsung. I don't know why Samsung would contract CAP-XX direct when they are already dealing with our licensee. To me, this is the whole point of our deal with Murata, they have the global reach, connections, and capacity to supply their partner companies such as Samsung with our technology under licence.
We'll find out soon enough. As you have also pointed out, at the very least to see a supercap adopted and promoted by Samsung is a boon to the entire industry. The dam is on the edge of bursting.
As parkez posted earlier - https://www.cnet.com/videos/samsung-turns-the-s-pen-into-a-remote-control/
Jonathon Wong makes a point of saying "with some help from our partners we've beefed up the S pen."
With indulging two particular posters here. I've blocked one already, I'll be blocking the other one in a minute.
We're on the cusp of something big with this share, we shouldn't be indulging these questionable personalities.
@surprised & techtom - I've dm'ed both of you on twitter, can you respond please.
You are being polite with an estimate of 10 times more. He is easily the most blocked user on this board. The problem with you, OS, is that you misunderstand it's not what you say ( you often say what many of us are thinking ), it's the way you present yourself as the sanctimonious possessor of special insight and judgment.
So a suggestion for you, before you press the post button, ask yourself, am I being sanctimonious again? and if so, reword your post to get your message across with getting people's back up.
Am I being sanctimonious saying this to you? maybe - and that would be ironic, huh? Calm down, and try being polite.
The rampers don't want to see CTAG & African Potash mentioned. What has happened this week is extraordinary, and it has to be questioned. An RNS with such a destructive effect on the share price, followed by yesterdays RNS.
It's not cynical to ask for proof. It's what any savvy investor would do in the circumstances.
I posted the other day I sold out at 2.40 as I wasn't impressed by the actions of CH.
I find it remarkable that the company issues a death spiral RNS on Monday, then on Thursday issues a hallelujah RNS. And that hallelujah RNS has ( as far as I can see ) no documentation to back it up.
So I suggest you who have skin in this game ask the obvious question to CH - prove it. And I will be delighted if its true - if only for the man who said he would have to tell his wife he's blown their life savings on AST.
Anyone seen proof of the licence approval yet? I don't want to get caught out in a CTAG, African Potash punt.
Re the RNS, assured by who? proof? anything in writing from the relevant department?
From the RNS again - "the company takes to mean," - translation - "don't know."
This isn't good enough. Issuing a price sensitive RNS without documentation? Someone should email the company and demand proof.
The RNS in three words, "We've given up."
TBH, the warning signal for me was when Hutchison posted that flare photo on Twitter. Spiv action. I sold at 2.40, and I've watched incredulously ever since. I'm sorry for the LTH, this is heading for Zombie status.
