It's called margins - cost of recovery less cost of production. Once price per ounce is high enough, it becomes economically viable to produce, which is why it's being revisited now - quite simple really.

It will take more than a few massive contracts - it will take evidence of recurrent delivery against those contracts to the prescribed timetable. That's how EQT can then achieve a P-E ratio of 7, as per your calcs.

And as Dealer55 says - that takes time. EQT is in the right industry at the right time, so could well happen, but will take a few years.

That said, I can wait.

Isn't the clue in the first line......" Industry leading peers............". Why do you keep quoting 7 x P/E when there are no contracts yet? When there is a solid base of numerous contracts, absolutely reasonable, not until then.

Agree - massively undervalued, and looking forward to rerate over the next couple of months - but I'd like to see what margin is likely on the contracts. Comparing contract value to mcap is pointless until the profit is known.
