With potential of stake building and so called hidden cornerstone investor on board, I was quite prepared to believe MR was being stalled on purpose, until outright sale to, say Chinese company.

I think I can forget that idea now.

MR is simply delayed and out of URUs hands.

My question is is it now preferable for the board to allow the prospect to be bought sooner rather than later, i.e.. prior to MR ?
