Why has recyclus been banging on about a deal with Lohum if it was never going to be sent there

Bang on there been an imminent tfs now for over 12 months so not holding my breath.

Atlas control our share price atm. I hope they get rid of them after the 28th. Otherwise there'll be a lot of very annoyed shareholders
