"If these Syme framework is replacing an existing financing I think the (listed) client should have a duty to disclose"
My thoughts too, if it is replacement financing.
New financing via Syme isn't something they would require to inform shareholders.
All IMO only, however.
Chalker,
Long time.
How's your spreadex short looking?
Shortcut,
Very apt name BTW.
Took me around a minute to find.
Good luck with moneterising your stock.

Realism,
Suggest you head back over to ramp Rms, looks like it needs it today.
Now, that one really is an interesting case study :)
Justice,
Good luck with your future investments.
Calamari,
Thanks for the contextual answer.
Yes, of course, someone who is inclined can ring and ask about Symes product offering.
My point, that still stands, is about the link between that website and Lenovo, which I believe still holds true.
They are two different questions really.
Thanks Seadoc,
Guess we will see.
As for Carrefour are concerned it was someone in the supply chain of, rather than Carrefour themselves.
Hence why you may not have got a reply.

Rjwk,
Why would I call them, the number on the Lenovo main site (UAE section) is exactly the same as on the Lenovo finance UAE site?
Obviously, you can always call them up if you like, but I guess they will be truly mystified by your question. Lol.
Rjwk,
Why would I waste my time phoning them when the contact number and address on both the main Lenovo site and the finance one is exactly the same?
As stated in this thread earlier, for those having difficulty.
The link between the main Lenovo site (UAE section) and the Lenovo finance site is completely clear.
Address and phone number are exactly the same.

Holly,
I'm pleased you have acknowledged I'm not a ramper, a realist describes me fairly well, so I'll thank you for that at least.
As far as the website is concerned, others who have posted in this thread have addressed this fairly well.
My only comment is, as far as the business model is concerned, is it has always been the intention that third parties will introduce this to Syme.
The website, therefore, is not a portal to attract new business but a functional "placeholder", at this stage, if you like.
At this stage, roughly 5months in, I would rather that big money was not been spent on an all singing dancing website, but developing the business further.
In the shorter, lol, term you may find your short position pays, longer term I think not.
Hence my position.
Quite happy to hear different views, actually, as long as they have substance.
Less happy to hear misleading views that are purely there to deceive people (this covers both sides of the coin BTW)
We are all here to make money after all.
Cheers
Holly,
Hello, hello, hello.
Sorry, I just can't resist, the old ones are the best ones imo.
Good luck, also, with your short bet!
Thanks Jarv.
This will help others who struggle with knowing about the key difference between blockchain and coins.
VALs Christmas slumber is over by the looks :)
Orbit is just the software that will be used to monitor the instances of the Syme software at the various data centers, nothing more.
Obviously this is required as Syme will be providing their software as a service.
As it will always be connected to the companies live ERP/CRM it will be a requirement of the contract with the client companies.
We used to use similar monitoring/DR software at all the big investment banks I used to work with.
In the event of a failure it will notify those responsible for remedial action to allow a switch over to another Syme instance to allow things to continue running/"keep the lights on" .
Hope that clarifies.
Ex,
I must admit I couldn't forget the Folex, as it did raise a wry chuckle at the time.
There can be many reasons to set up a limited company.
I have one actually, mine was primarily set up so I could work with large businesses and insure both myself and them whilst working there.
It had favourable tax advantages as well and continues to do so, although I'm sure Mr Sunak will address that in good time.
I know all about the football stuff as I've heard it through our old "friend" Da, Darren to his friends I believe?
Im certainly not defending Mr White and I'm happier now he seems to be leaving the picture now his role is complete.
As to why he had a Ltd company with Symes name, prior to the RTO, that would surely be a question for him.
I believe you know his address.
Cheers
Holly,
I didn't go over all your old posts, as there was really no need, I have been bored already of your posts on here.
Thank you for the apology, I would like to say it meant a lot, but it didn't obvs.
As I said, you won't find ramping posts of mine, on here or any other share forum, as I don't feel the need.
Obviously, your situation is far different.
Good luck with your short!
Cheers
Ex,
Hopefully you still have your own teeth, even though you Folex is no more.
"PLC means Public Limited Company and Ltd means Private Limited Company. ... However, the difference is that the PLC can quote the shares in a stock exchange whereas the Ltd Company cannot. The shares can be brought and sold through the stock exchange in a Public Limited Company."
Surely no surprise, now his work is done, to dissolve the LTD?
Cheers
Holly,
Hello, hello, hello :)
I believe they must have still used that back when you used to be in the constabulary, if not I apologise for my little joke.
I would like you to find any of my historical posts where I'm ramping Syme.
In fact, I challenged someone before to find one, Zulu I believe, I got an apology from him when he couldn't find one.
Maybe, as an ex member of our majesty's finest, you may do better, I wish you good luck with that one.
Conversely, finding deramping posts from yourself is not very difficult, as it seems to be every single one.
The laughable bit is your'e not even invested (having a spreadex short doesn't count as investment in my book).
Let me know.
Cheers.
Ex,
I'm sorry, fintech or not, no company 6 months old with no completed accounts ever wins an industry award.
I know you like to pull this apart, but please try harder next time to at least be fairly credible.
Cheers
