I have followed sou, echo and coro for quite sometime and yes very cautious with my investment now. I never invested in sou but watched all the hype from afar as I never attended any of their events but fully aware of what kind of things were said. What I found staggering was how high the mcap reached, literally all on hype and now blown out the water. I had similar when IRG dropped and my investment worth only 5% of it's initial sum, JP saved me from a big loss...however I invested more with Echo and now sitting at a loss....gutting as at one stage I could have walked away with a 5 figure profit.
The second half of 2018 and early 2019 was a hard time, but I stayed and now hoping we see some kind of reward, but I have lost trust in the company and looking forward to leaving this share eventually. You can no longer email the BOD directly, no events, no interviews.....just RNS's.....I have two separate pots here, one has an average of about 3p the other 14p....I would like to see some profit here but only time will tell....

Agree NY, we must all remember these works can over run for many reasons.
If people feel the worse and that concerned the only thing you can do is sell your holdings....it is that simple

Very much agree with what you have said, we need the figures, regardless of how the market reacts long term the “original” plan was/is a liquidity event, so if we hit significant gas and the market doesn’t react equally, it will be a longer wait!!

I think we will get an update this week, but we have plenty going on for the next 6 months so should be a regular news stream. As you say if we started getting very positive news the price will grow.
Reasonably confident with my investment, but I would like to take some froth off the top if/when I get back into profit!

Considering during the previous drilling campaign our mcap ranged from £20-70m if I'm correct, it is pitiful at present, lets re-cap

I agree things have changed for the better, just waiting for news, so much we are waiting for!!!

I see that JP has been removed from sou BOD, hope the same happens here, his name being associated with ECHO holding people back from investing!!

I would hope that we get an update next week on the second drill, working on the assumption that completion takes similar to the 1st drill. We probably have one more week to go on the 1st wells hydraulic stimulation......nervous times.....we so need that to be commercial to bring confidence to this share, that being said the new asset not really factored in much either, an update on the first 3 months production would be nice soon.
Could be due a Time with the Team in the next few weeks.

Completion should take about 7 days, ref the time to complete TA 1 drill. But no mention of the next stage, will they use the Quintana-1 rig for perforation and in-flow testing and no mention of hydraulic stimulation!!
CGC won't want the Petreven H-205 rig sitting around idle, will that mobilise to the second drill on TA?

I can not recollect any prior RNS where they haven’t detailed the zone thickness! So very odd, and rightfully jumped on, but like I’ve mentioned IMO they had one target here, not multi, Reference RNS on the 19th December,

As previously announced, CLix-1001 will target the conventional Springhill reservoir on a structure located two kilometres from the Chilean border. Technical work has identified the Springhill target on 3D seismic data, characterised by a negative seismic amplitude at reservoir level. The target structure is in the same fault block and up dip of a well which has historically tested and produced gas from the Springhill reservoir.

The CLix-1001 well will be drilled to a total measured depth ("TD") of approximately 2,300 metres and a full suite of wireline logging tests will be conducted over the conventional Springhill reservoir which is expected to be encountered at a true vertical depth ("TVD") of approximately 2,150 metres.

Until or unless the RNS states commercial gas confirmed I can’t see the price changing much

This well was stated as having a higher chance of success! Why?
IMO, as it's near to the Chilean border, 2km, with existing production and pipeline close by this location selected on 3D being potentially a trap where gas has migrated across which obviously can only be reached from the Argentinian side, it would not look good if the Chileans directionally drilled under the border. no depth of play but I guess they only drilled as deep as they needed to, and only one zone targeted.......not multiple like TA.

The RNS's are now very bland in comparison to previously used dialogue, good, no excess ramping in writing

I agree somewhat, PI nervous so we need some good news to gain their investment! This was a targeted zone, close to border and existing wells in Chile, not multiple zones, didn’t state the height of zone as compared to other RNS’s but approx 10% gas sat so not looking too bad really

In my opinion how I read the RNS we should have reached TD and now completing wire line logs, so yes news due hopefully next week, if it takes longer then maybe they are interpreting data and deciding next stage. If a “duster” as they say then they would just say. Remember the 2nd drill has greater potential as close to existing production!
Info on first well would take minimum 4 weeks, 2 weeks to frack each zone, so from the 6th Jan that’s the 3rd Feb to completion, of gas to surface they then need a period of testing through different chokes to calculate volumes etc, that would be a further few weeks.
I would say the longer it takes the better it could be as long as work progressing! Unlike previous when work was delayed regularly for months on end! CGC the operator and with an 80% stake they won’t mess around like Fi did.
Fingers crossed we get good news for us all.

They did say by the end of this week TD then wire line logs. So hopefully early next week, then end of month or early Feb for update on first well. News on 3rd spud location should be out soon
