Where do you think this leaves shareholders of the PLC? I am guessing the only thing of value, Brand and IP have transferred to INL, with a valuation of roughly 2.3 million? But would they not have to undertake an appraisal given if it was worth more, Shareholders would have some entitlement?

That's an M&A based role.

Either they are looking to make acquisitions or spinoff brands. Either way usually results in a fundamental 'transformation' for the business.

Agreed, I think whilst it's known Cashley doesn't usually try to acquire businesses at a significant value premium to their market value, this one is a bit more personal to him, due to the debenhams fiasco.

I personally don't think up to 60p is an outlandish view for an offer to be made. Not when they already own circa 30%.

Time will tell of course, but the fact he put himself forward for CEO and isn't the type to take a "No" for an answer, should be a key message for those trying to predict what will happen here.

Quiapeg Pharma (Nasdaq) are more forthcoming in their news announcements regarding NZI and put values on what's going on. Th BOD however had barely given any valuable information to shareholders and even when something material happens, such as them issuing convertible loan notes to an Unknown individual or entity, at an excise price nobody knows, it seems to be stashed in the notes to the financial statements.

Been a shocker of an investment for me and I really feel for those like Lazy who are bigger shareholders.

Sure Megan, the current price is 9.5p. Let's assume it opens there.

Any of the folk taking part in the placing, will have acquired shares at 6p. So upon opening they can sell their shares at potentially 9p, assumingthe SP stays at the current level upon opening... and that could net those participating in the placing a 50% gain for doing nothing.

Upon doing so, could it be fair to assume the SP will fall towards the placing price of 6p and maybe even lower due to market forces (ie. People dumping to buy back lower than the placing price)

Let's say 5p is the bottom. To get to 5p from 9.5p assumes a 47% drop...

As they are issuing shares at 6p when the SP is 9.5p, that's arbitrage for those investors taking part in the placing, so they will all be dumping for a nice profit when suspension lifted, along with a lot who want to get their money out.

When this opens, who thinks this will be at least -50% down? AIMHO, GLA, DYOR.

I recommend watching Tony Burt's final video a few weeks before this went bust. In hindsight, that was a key run for the hills moment. I'm not sure how someone can do what he did, knowing full well shareholders were about to lose their shirts. The talks of this being 'under valued' and preferring more debt as a undilutive funding option for the large group of 'supportive' shareholders were bare faced lies...

Mike Cashley will get this one way or another IMO. Obtaining board control is his first (and cheapest) way to salvage value, but won't be the last. I seriously wouldn't be suprised to see a bid from Frasers if he doesn't get his way with the requisition. Calling it now, because I don't think he will let this be another Debenhams... There are main market shells out there with significantly more cash and directors with a real purpose.

Those shells are still being valued at a fraction of the 1.5 million someone here has quoted. Also, they don't have 800 mil shares in issue.

Hi Lazy, are you aware as to the reasoning behind no update on the loan notes issuance? I suspected maybe RNS on prospectus around the corner, but can never be too sure here.

This needs something tangible and material to get it moving in my opinion... Only then will the gap to NAV start to close. I recall this at 25p prior to the placing at 21p... and now it's in half that. Not sure NAV has halved since then!!!...
