There has to be some fantastic fabricated nonsense of "jam tomorrow" rises to get the naïve mugpunters to by placing shares at a premium. Just more reasons for me personally to stay very well clear here. The only winners imo are the BOD and the placees who generally make a quick easy profit at the expense of the less savvy. No question that the proposals will be voted through imo. The large holders will imo be privileged placees getting shares at the bucket price of 0.0275p.
Why wouldn't they vote for that ??! Longer term holders who are not placees get to see their holdings massively diluted.
It's just a system reset imo. The old holders become utterly irrelevant and the usual combination of placees, brokers, ramp squads etc will play the share for the coming years as the confetti reigns down. Issue confetti, destroy share price, pop in a share consolidation to make the SP look decent again, rinse, repeat. This has already been the history of RGM, it's happening all over again imo.

I'm sure that most are well used to RRR and RGM by now and are not fooled by the typical placing cycles and pump and dumps. If you're not getting shares at 0.0275p here then pointless being involved imo. Happy to stay well clear of this.

I so very almost predicted a day or so ago that we would start seeing late reported trades.
True to form for this and RRR. Same old.

PI's beware therefore because what you see during the day is but a piece of the wider jigsaw which you are not seeing.
Never ever be tempted to invest because you see a bunch of buys in the list, or a bunch of sells. Do the research properly.
Assess what cash the company has, what the dilution levels are, what the wastage on Admin and other expense is, what the director salaries are and so on.

There are 8 billion shares to come here at the discounted price of 0.0275p

If you feel that buying shares at prices around 0.035p to 0.04p is a good idea then best of luck to you.

Note the recent flurry of block trades at 100,000 and 200,000. Round bock sells always notable imo.

Now only 4 working days until the 19th Dec deadline for repayment of the £1m Convertible Loan Notes.
What will Bell do?

Slip in a last minute dilution to raise the cash? He just changed the broker back to Cornhill Capital (Pello) so a definite possibility.

Sell off more "family silver" Jupiter shares to raise the cash? Would be catastrophic now that the JMS share price has collapsed

Kick the can down the road for yet another year thus incurring a 3rd year of interest charges at 10%?

All options there are poor for shareholders imo. I suspect that's why these round sells are happening. Someone
bailing before the bad news arrives.

Would you be investing here if you weren't going to be getting lots of hugely discounted shares at 0.0275p??

Would you be voting to have your existing holding brutally diluted by the proposed industrial levels of confetti dilution if you couldn't participate in that dilution and thus being a privileged placee?

FYI . . . LSE Admin confirmed that posters DO NOT need to own any shares when commenting on their share boards. Therefore do not allow others to bully you off the boards.

No, what will be interesting is the amounts frittered on director salaries, Admin expenses and "other" misc items.

This is after all just a £2m MCAP tiddler.

Half year report stated Admin Expenses alone at £335k which is £670k per year which for a company with £2m MCAP is a lot imo. It's 33% of the MCAP just on Admin. That kind of situation tends to sap shareholder value and create constant need for fundraises/dilution imo. Who wants to invest in AIM tiddlers to see their cash sapped away on Admin Expenses??

This was a key point raised by Dominic Frisby at the 2014UK Investor Show where he , Bell and a few others sat on a panel.
Frisby berated badly behaved miners/explorers citing statistics that revealed that more than 50% of all funds raised went to management rather than "in the ground" and that a whole raft of lawyers and fund raise companies have emerged to support that poor situation and all need to be cleaned up.

At the same investor show with Bell on the panel, chairman of Wishbone Gold, Richard Poulden gave his advice on how to pick AIM stocks of this nature. He said the following:

"Richard Poulden Criteria

"You should look at how much management own of the company, it's very important.
If they only own 3%, they'll go out and raise money to pay themselves as day follows night.
The next thing is you should look at the G and A (General and Admin) costs, tremendously important.
How much money is actually going into the ground ?
Are they paying themselves stupid salaries ?
How much skin do they have in the game
And that really . . . will give you the best stock picks."

What a nonsense it all is. I agree totally with partridge. This is fake churn created by a small number of people who for me are likely going to be placees in the forthcoming industrial dilution at 0.0275p. Each to their own but I'm not remotely fooled by all the shenanigans. I have great sympathy for any mugpunters falling for it all and paying imo stupid prices for shares before the coming dilution. Here again are the facts from the RNS just released:

"The Transaction Shares as a whole would, if the required resolutions are approved at the GM, result in the issuance of 7,170,440,985 Ordinary Shares, representing, in aggregate, 82.54% of the newly enlarged share capital of the Company"

7 BILLION more shares when there are only 1.5 billion in issue. Shares to be issued at 0.0275p.

Therefore 0.0275p is the MAXIMUM that these shares are worth. imo. DYOR, and don't be the mug left holding the baby

So a second attempt at pumping and dumping is underway. More lambs to the slaughter although one must understand that it is highly likely imo that many of these buys are actually from the existing holders who will be participating in the mass dilution after the GM. Just trying to bolster the SP with tiny buys in quick volume hoping to fool the more naïve. Just my theory.

The SP shows over 20% up above, but the total value of the trades (buys) is only around £25k (and yes I included the secondary market buys in that).

This is pure despicable city boy skulduggery imo. As others have said below, those involved are just pond life.

It is therefore imo crazy to pay upwards of that figure for shares and surely most PIs would realise that which confirms for me again that many of these buys are just put in by the existing holders who will be placees in an attempt to either fool others and/or keep the SP above 0.0275p in order to flog their placing shares.

Either way it's a total nonsense imo. The shares are not worth more than 0.0275p.

As per the previous pump and dump the SP will quickly crash again imo

Can't help but sense you've gone and had a punt here booboo and gotten caught. My sympathy if you did.

There's only one reason for the SP crash imo and that's the RNS and its proposal to issue 7 billion+ shares at 0.0275p.

Can't understand why anyone would punt this given that RNS. Of course shareholders could reject the proposals but given people like Stephen are well down on their investments and don't want to just walk away and write them off, I suspect they will vote the proposals through. Not good really because everyone knows how dilution works. AIM companies make their money by ripping off mugpunters with "jam tomorrow" hype and watch them buy placee's discounted shares for a premium. Those who vote for the proposals are imo basically supporting that whole system of dilution and ripping off mugpunters. Shame on them.

Yep remember that. Cornhill Capital were fined over £200K for forward selling that placing.

Forgive me fellas but the ones looking a tad silly are the unfortunates who paid 0.04p for shares last week as a result of the pump and dump. Today they are staring at losses imo. All so easily avoided with the tiniest bit of research.

Nothing but mass confetti to come here according to the RNS. Over 7 billion shares to come at 0.0275p when there are only 1.5bn currently in issue. It will simply lay the platform for all the usual antics from boiler room junkies imo, ramping before each placing and so on. It's an empty cup for me personally. AIM has 100s of shares and most of them are not proposing to issue 7 billion shares !!! Just no proposition here that I can see. DYOR
