A CEO suggesting that he will 10 bag a share but who only holds 0.84% of the shares (and purchased those during dilution)
is an utter joke. It's as sure an indication as you could want that there is more dilution to come.

End Of Year report just stated that the company only had £64k in the bank
plus total current liabilities of £2.8m

What a joke ! And the BOD continue to pull stupid salaries and ridiculous expenses.

Add to this the fact that the BOD fail to RNS key loans, transations and projects going into Administration and all in all you can see why it is uninvestable.

It has only taken approx 11 working days since the GM resolutions were passed for the SP to fall down to almost the post consolidation placing price of 2.75p. Pretty typical stuff for RGM imo.

The SP will languish here imo until the next batch of useless confetti is issued. Those holding 2.75p shares will want a nice tidy easy profit but that's only possible if mugpunters are willing to pay a premium for them and the SP and volume for me suggests they are not.

What price will any subsequent confetti be issued at? Lower than 2.75p? How will the current placees feel about that if it is? I seriously doubt there are that many mugs out there esp in regards to RRR and RGM who will buy shares on the back of "jam tomorrow potential" ramping. Too much history here and the complete original BOD have not yet been removed.

The only "slop" is the endless ramping nonsense posted by those who are massively down on their investments and who are looking for mugs to pay a premium to get them out of their predicament. imo.

Any good news will simply be sold into by the 7 billion pr consolidation shares issued at 0.0275p.

I find it staggering that this despicable BOD will put out an RNS regarding a project belonging to another company in which they only hold shares and yet won't put out an RNS when one of their own projects (Steelmin) in a company in which they hold 22% has gone into Administration.

Their tenureship has very long ago become totally untennable.

It's a nonsense Zumore. They just issued over 7 billion shares at 0.0275p (pre consolidation) and 2.5 billion of those are locked in for varying times (30% for 3 months for a start). So there is going to constant selling pressure on the release of any news as all the crony placees and other 2.75p share beneficiaries all sell their cheap shares to mugpunters who will be left holding the baby. It's going to be a long time before all those shares seep into the market imo. Just a mugs game which as we have seen for the past 10 yrs here serves only to decimate the share price. The 10 yr chart does not lie.

Interesting Stephen that your previous RNS from 25th Apr stated you held 248,283,106 shares which after a 100-1 consolidation would be approx. 2.4m. Now you state you have 6.1m.

Your RNS today states transaction date as 2nd Jan and thus NOT the 24th Dec date of the share issues/consolidation.

I'm looking at the trade list here for 2nd Jan and there are certainly not trades there representing 3.7m, only a handful of trades.

Could you explain where the trades are for this extra 3.7m shares please? Obviously I am missing something.

The Bid now shows at 2.80 above which is just a tiny tad over the post consolidation placing price of 2.75p. This was imo utterly inevitable with such a vast number of shares being issued at the same price.

The problem for me is that Parsons himself only bought 0.84% and bought those at the placing price rather than full market price. Such a small amount does not inspire confidence and for me personally highly suggests that more dilution is coming. There were no buys from other directors either which tends to underpin my suspicion.

If more dilution does come, then at what price? Would Parsons readily undercut all those involved in the recent share issues at 2.75p by offering even cheaper shares to the next set of placees? Can't imagine that would go down well TBH. Yet who would lend money for shares at market price? Could be a tricky problem is the SP remains where it is.

You read more into the post removal than there is imo. I have seen this before. What is likely happening is that when they need to remove one or more posts for the right reasons, they are instead just removing that entire discussion thread. Hence lots of posts disappear.
The solution is to stop replying to individuals posts and create your own post threads each time.

Then there is all the admin and other expenses which represent many more £millions. It's been a lifestyle venture for the personal enrichment of the BOD imo. That Jupiter has been paying dividends for a while and yet shareholders have not seen A SINGLE PENNY of it, is tragic but testimony to how useless this share is. There is no shareholder value nor will there ever be while ever this BOD remain, and that's ALL the BOD not just Bell.

It's not 3 billion being issued it is over 7 billion when there were only 1.5 billion in issue. You clearly haven't done the most basic research here and read the RNS. Here it is, read it:

3 billion shares as a placing to raise £831,000
2.6 billion shares to pay off Promissory Note holders
1 billion shares to pay off Convertible Note Holders
1/2 billion shares to pay off debts to sister company RRR

As the RNS clearly stated:

"The Transaction Shares as a whole would, if the required resolutions are approved at the GM, result in the issuance of 7,170,440,985 Ordinary Shares, representing, in aggregate, 82.54% of the newly enlarged share capital of the Company"

The resolutions were duly passed at the recent GM.

In effect all the existing shares were nullified by an industrial level of dilution. With over 80% of the resulting share issue having been issued at the hugely discounted price of 0.0275p (2.75p post consol) then it's clear that this is the maximum that shares are now worth. Anyone buying above 2.75p is imo simply foolish and has given placees a quick easy profit at their expense. The SP will imo most certainly fall to the placing level and continue from there.

Of course it is ! If they are willing to dilute holders on such a grand scale then they will surely keep diluting in the future if they can get away with it. RGM has been a high dilution company, along with RRR for many years. Look at the 10yr chart, it demonstrates exactly the result of such business models. However looking at your post this doesn't seem to be an issue for you as you are basically saying that you want to ride on the back of dilution pump and dumps to make your cut, thus leaving some poor soul holding the baby when you've gone. Nice chap you must be! The only people who win with high dilution companies are the BOD and affiliated cronies who get cheap discounted shares imo.

They've seen countless fools try ramping for personal gain and watched them all leave with their tails between their legs. They've equally seen numerous large so-called high net worth investors come and go too with their tails between their legs.
Nothing ever changes and that's because the BOD hasn't changed. Until it does, the SP is going nowhere but continually South imo just as the 10yr chart here duly testifies.

Looks to me like someone getting a tiny modest profit from 2.75p placing shares whilst they still can. What is it? Maybe a 3% profit? Basically akin to saying they'll take an even break so long as they can get rid of them before the SP plummets.

It's patently obvious imo with so many shares being issued at 2.75p that the SP will fall to that placing price and then continue down from there as more shares are issued. This share has been here 15 years and those of us who have been here many of those years know the routine well. I'm never swayed by "jam tomorrow" rhetoric and I don't pay silly money for discounted placing shares giving placees an easy quick profit at my expense. No sireee.
