…and why would MMs want to manipulate Hemo? The only reason there is ‘control’ of a price, is to avoid a complete collapse of a share price with a huge sale. So slowly but surely, the seller’s shares are being matched.

But it would give Hemo enough working capital to keep everything oiled. Wages, bills etc, until a tie-up is announced

How am I being snide? Vlad has a history, a loooong history of financial foot shooting. If he’s signed a deal to raise at these levels, I stated it would be true to form. That’s not a lie or snide. I also state I wouldn’t be able to comprehend why he would do that. That is also true. I think you’ve perhaps misread my post.

My head has two thoughts; one where I can’t fathom why a CEO would commit such a disastrous act of financial self-sabotage on their own company by raising at this level. The second where I remember this is Vlad we’re talking about and it seems kind of par for the course for him.

Are companies allowed to withhold news of an equity fundraise until after the shares have been forward sold by the raise provider?

MrTwisted…and ‘waiting to see’, is why you lose money. The clever money is always invested before news. Now that news might turn out to be good or bad, but taking that risk is what gets you the big money.

@1p = 20m shares (2% company) Then there’s share options, private equity raises etc…so a few ways CEOs and directors can dilute existing shareholders whilst increasing there own holding.

Regardless, my inference was that the 1p remark highlights how Vlad is viewed by other shareholders. Sadly

saint, i’m not sure if you’re being purposely naive. when have you ever known directors going down with the ship with p.is? ceos and directors always end up sitting pretty, awarding share options, equity in lieu of ‘wages’ etc etc. if this drops back to a penny, ( hope to god it doesn’t) then they get more shares, recovering their percentage lost. it’s not rocket science. and vlad isn’t known to give two ****s about us p.is
