Matt ... Please do not respond to the pumpkin !!! he is a very jealous person who was invited to previous raises but said no since he loves to trade instead. He has always been bitter of investors who supported Hemo in these difficult times and got them into a solid financial place. He is a very bitter trader.

For someone who wants the share to do well .. that is not the silly pumpkin. He repeats the same rubbish every day, attacks people who helped in the placing and generally just talks about delays and boring repetitive stuff. Not the sign of someone who is invested and wanting the share to do well ... He is a trader and thats all he cares about. Not about the patients or hemo

On a more positive front, people selling off is good. When news arrives, they will be buying back in. We are super close now and lots of news coming ... trust the process and be patience. We are truly close to blast off ....

Actually ... that was a very good week. We raised funds for the year. We didnt go anywhere near the placing price of £7.50. We finished blue and we are 1 day closer to mega news. Overall, if you trading it matters but if you looking to make your investment 5 or 10 times the existing number then its all good

Losta ... Whether you sell or buy I honestly don't care. I am here for hemo and that's it. What is obvious is considering you claim you are a long term holder and want the SP to go up, you are also a big liar as you continously slate progress in the company, create a negative slant on everything and cannot even tell us what you expect as an SP on newsflow.

Also, would love to know what is your expectation in terms of SP for Hemo considering you got an amazing price of £1.80? Why not sell and bank your profits or are you expecting the SP to be multiples of this soon?

So this is perfect now. News could land any time or any day. Vlad has given no hints on any of the above big ticket items so all those people waiting for news, when it comes it will be too late. I am sure news will land next week and I predict a nice RNS on Monday. Big news is imminent .....

Vlad has enough money for the year and is most likely going to strike a deal soon so no need to worry about placings. we are on the winning stretch now so just focus on the big announcements on the science. The money issues are over !!!!

I think JHFH summed it up clearly on this post below. A few people are trading or selling but the majority are just happily waiting for news. The funds are in the bank and we are cleared for take off ... Why don't you sell up your precious hemo shares (No one believes you have any) And move on since you trust the timing on hemo's next big steps !!!

Yep agreed ... The more people that sell off the better. They will not be here to stop the massive rise or will need to buy back in at probably 3 times the price.

First and foremost, please try to ignore the ridiculous comments on here about trying to make this raise a negative one. A bunch of intelligent and trusting investors have provided money to Vlad and hemo to get them through 2026. That's the magic news. Now this is derisked in terms of funding, the science which we already know is magical is going to help hemo reach some dizzy heights in the next 90 days IMO

Here is how I see it :-

- The £2.5m at a burn rate of around £200k month gives them 12 months or so. Vlad probably had some money so probably longer

- If they convert all the warrants later, they get another £3m+ so the £5.6m needed is complete and we are well clear of the funds needed

We are currently around a £60m MCAP in a billion dollar CART market. We have seen many pharma buying preclinical companies and we have 3 patients surviving, 1 nearly 12 months (around Feb 20th) and kids and p4 about to be injected in Feb. Then we have CDX, CBR and Estonia.

I personally think we will see an update on injections in the next few days and then projections are :

P4 and kids injection - $200m MCAP

Results on injections - $350m MCAP

Anything on CDX or CBR - $700m MCAP

Estonia starting - $800m MCAP

Now with the money vlad has he could do this on his own but its more likely he will still licence CART and this becomes possible after P4 and kids injection results so probably mid to late March. I personally think we are looking at a price tag of $1bn to $5bn. GO HEMO GO !!!!

Matt5 ... I wouldnt waste your time explaining this to the trolls and their lemmings on here. Well done on a great raise and whoever was involved, thanks for giving probably another 9 months runway. Once again to all the investors that have funded hemo ... THANK YOU. We are in a position of strength because of your support now and even in the future if we need it. I personally believe this company is now primed for sale and once P4 is injected and results are positive, we are going to the moon.

They said money would not come ... IT IS IN THE BANK.

They now say we are delayed ... THE RNS STATES THAT P4 is CLOSE !!!! and CBR and CDX are being pushed ahead

BOTTOM LINE: I really hope the doubters and non believers leave today. It could be volatile as the trolls push their narrative and people stupidly sell. The company is funded, P4 is close and we have massive news expected on estonia, cdx and cbr. If you believe this company is worth less than a minimum of $500m best to sell but make your own analysis and try to ignore the trolls like Pumpky, alde (Who is suddenly back because Avacta is going nowhere) and lostabrain (who has no shares anyway)

Lostabrain ... Again you act like other disgusting shorters accusing me of selling to deflect your negative behaviour towards hemo. Anyways, I have 2 things to say to that :-

1) I am an private investor and don't want people following me or taking my advice. I have only sold around 1000 shares 3 years ago and have built up a massive number and continue to hold them. Please feel free to ask any of the LTHs and they will confirm and if you need confirmation i would happy to provide that to you. Of course, you will never show how many shares u actually hold since you don't

2) It is totally irrelevant how many shares I do hold or what I do with them. Rather than focus on the science, the amazing work that hemo has done and how close we are to the big rewards, you attack people and claim they are selling. Another attack vector that your friends like stu,one2one and others have tried in the past. Why not actually buy some shares and become a real investor.

Irenewick ...That is absolutely the right view and attitude but don't be surprised that when an RNS lands, there are plenty of shorters that will try to pick at the details and create a negative narrative. Look at what losta and Aldebaran did by picking at the 5.6m in the prospectus and claiming we would go bankrupt by end jan. I have a feeling there will be some volatility next week as people have decided in their heads what news they are expecting and if they don't get or its delayed for any reason, they will attack.

Anyways, all those LTHs that have been here like for over 7+ years, we are really close. Try to find another stock in the pharma world that has so much news expected in next few weeks and compare to hemo. Super exciting times next week I feel ..
