I went through the recent Vlad interview. Yes he is promoting the company but these are things that stood out for me:-

- There are a min of 2 products that he is trying to get to Clinical stage. Today each one could be worth $30m (as per his estimate) and on successful completion of Phase 1, 30 to 50 times the value.
- MINT was the lowest cost of borrowing money (10 percent discount rather than 20+). Whether MINT does $12m worth of dilution over time or another company had done it through big equity dilution, Hemo needed the money so had no choice
- He doesnt state when that clinical stage of each product is expected to be completed?
- He is open to partnering with pharma companies who can help push through products to clinical. If one is Globalco, the other is still to be highlighted. Also the RNS stated that Globalco won't be licencing but doesn't mean there won't be another form of partnership.
- He also stated if a pharma company came forward and offered a large premium he would consider selling. I just wonder if the GlobalCo licencing didnt happen as they just didnt offer the "Full" value in the products. I guess we can hope

After going through this interview again, I feel a little better. yes my return is now 2022 but even if it is 10 times todays value, it is worth waiting. 1% from a bank or multiple from this stock. Of course this holds risk and the value of money has to be taken into consideration but selling now for me doesn't make sense.

Didnt he say a positive RNS is coming soon?

Just my perspective on the FDA and few other things for those nervous and anxious investors ...

- I hold a stock called Sorrento in the USA. They lodged last May 2020 an FDA app. Everyone thought it would be done in 3 months ... it is now April and nothing yet. The product is needed to stop covid and will be approved but every month people don't see anything, short termers sell and the price goes down. When FDA approval comes, it go up between 40 and 80% as per predictions so many are just waiting

- Sadly I think we have missed the boat with India. I sent 2 emails and a linkedin message to Divoc in India. No response so am not hopeful anything is progressing there. I do feel that GDR have given up on this, even though the market needs the product

- US DOD - I think this opp is undervalued and may even getting funding under the USA covid plan that Biden has launched

Overall, this stock has reached the bottom after last months sell off and now is the time to "INVEST" and hold for a few months and wait for the returns. I am giving till July and then will sell off if nothing comes

I agree but even if they announce that, I am sure people will not be happy and will then say where is the revenue announcement? Where is the MHRA aware confirmation? Where are the private customers?

I only say since majority of investors are Private investors and buy and sell on RNS and no news so its a very volatile stock

I am seeing Avacta and Novacyt up today and just feel their investor base is different to ours

We are all gonna be upset when nothing is announced? Did Colin say he would announce in April? NO he gave some indications and these could get delayed by a few weeks

You either believe in the company or you don't but looking for an RNS every day will just cause a sell off in the morning when it doesnt come ... and this could be during the whole of May

Danrey i think you are right ... I am truly ****ed off but selling now and making huge losses or averaging down while MINT can drive this price down. The problem about averaging in the future is that MINT will keep diluting so this is a downward spiral and traders / MMs will be the only winners.

I blame myself for buying into such a high risk stock rather a FTSE and looking for 20% profit. I went for the big return and am now over 50k under water and cannot sell at this big loss.

What I am still unclear on is what is the upside here? Except the fact that GlobalCO didnt licence and the RNS stated that, what has changed in the company? Does everyone not believe in the science anymore or has the company's fundementals changed?

I am not sure what a new RNS will do unless it talks about a new Globalco partnership or new licencing arrangement?

Ignoring mint for a 2nd, which I know is impossible can those who know advise what we hope to see in the coming months. I cannot afford a 2p stock so now need to decide and need some educated help

Thats easier said than done when u see between 2 and 5 percent price erosion every day. Just makes it much harder to see even a break even for many of us disillusioned investors

Some big buys coming in now ... with the director buy something is very very close looks like. Maybe fomo friday may kick in this afternoon. Lets hope team Omega ...

Surely this is good news that a director is exercising this option today ... would he not be doing that as he expects news soon?

Nelsonthedog i agree with your sentiments ... i also hold Genedrive and Hemogenyx and find their updates are awful as well and therefore every relies on Tweets which are generally from rampers or derampers. When something then doesnt happen the next day, the price goes down. This has been happening with ODX as well for a long time and I agree that all it needs is an update every month to allay the negativity and keep the investment into ODX flowing

I have been thinking why we are all SUDDENLY concerned about Mint and the drawdown of the CLNS and creating a price drop. When we didnt have the news and the negative RNS we were not worried about this at all and we were discussing price increases, partnerships etc and now we all seem to be doom and gloom about dilution and not having confidence about the price recovering and being forced down by the 1m Mint share conversions.

I am just asking because I dont understand and am really trying to understand the reality of the situation to work out a path forward.

Cwalsh i asked Divoc to confirm they are selling the Genedrive product in India but didnt get a reply

Selling on the rise and driving the price down again ... This share tests your patience as a real investor

yes but continuous buying ... this is surely going to explode upwards in the afternoon?

Hardcore1 we really dont want rumours as these are whats preventing people investing in big time (even though we have a sea of blue today again) ... its the twitter mob that has really messed up progress with this and other pharma stocks

If you can get proof that is what we really need ... and then this stock will absolutely explode
