And yes we have all those people on here stating that dilution is coming etc but forgetting that the company has ZERO debt and products like cbr / cdx not even valued into this SP. Now even if they add another 2 placings and another 500k shares, when the product gets sold for 100m - 1bn, will it really make a difference. Of course not, this will be valued between 10 and 100 times todays prices !!!

Dont let the FUD spreaders and cross rampers divert your attention from the mega opportunity that still exists here. Yes frustrating. yes delays in p3 not great but all is still on track and they can still raise at a premium of 187 compared to 155p today. Remember the warrants are a bonus to the placee but thanks to them we continue on our path to success ...

There are no usa buyers so expecting an uptick at 2pm is the wrong expectation. The placee has sold and there are limited shares in the MMs hands. We have seen this before as news gets close, there is a frenzy to buy as soon it will continue to go into auction. For all those new to hemo, you will not be able to get cheap shares soon so make your own decision and look at where we are as a company....

Stupidly low MCAP, Pdaetric approval, 2 patients done, grant incoming and potential efficacy results by month end that could make this a miracle stock !!! Make your own mind up if you believe this is not oversold !!!

Of good news ... We know the last 2 placings were 180p so that should be the bottom even if another placing does come. The price should easily go back to that this week. Then what are we expecting in terms of news :-

- Patient 1 6 months news

- Patient 3 / 4 news

- CBR news

- CDX news

- licencing or funding news

I think we all know there is no bad news expected. We are sitting on a gold mine and we all know from past hemo behaviour once the shorters leave, this stock can move 50 - 100% in a day. Anyways, ignore the small number of FUD spreaders that still lurk around here and start counting down the days till news arrives. Its been a long wait but it will be worth it .... Average down, buy in but don't ignore hemo. GO HEMO GO !!!!

I feel we have turned the corner and with the new grant and reduction in operational overheads, we may not need a placing anytime soon. Instead I am hoping we will updates on partnerships, outsourcing, licencing and the next phases of Hemo. Exciting months ahead ...

Mrs India - I think your response is fair and measured. I am not over hyping this stock either but it is very undervalued as we approach the P1 + 6 months timeframe and also P2 + 3.5 months. These all point to solid scientific proof that we are sitting on a good product. Nevertheless, we are also being held back and will continue to until Vlad sorts out the finances for the long term. We can also believe that he has turned the corner and will stop doing placings but my view is that he will do anything to get a deal with pharma at any cost and that could mean more placings. No one knows when or how much or at what price but unless he gets a VC or a pharma to invest soon, it is more likely that a placing comes and thats why the SP is being held around the 130p. I think we all just want damn certainty so the science can be valued in the billions that it should and not in the pennies !!!!

MrsIndia ... You have been a strong supporter of Hemo but I feel negativity in your comments. What do you honestly feel Hemo is worth assuming funds come in and a placing is out of the way (Seems to be the only thing holding this back now)?

Now that our resident deramper and shoter who has ZERO SHARES IN HEMO has lost the war against our super scientist HAYWAIN, he is not going after the finance issue. From what I can see from his posts, he is trying to tell people that a billion dollar pharma company would not pay their milestone payments even though they are contractual. !!! What a complete !!!!!

Anyways, I am even more confident now that Stu is saying that a pharma deal is possible that he knows something is coming soon. Not a placing but a deal with Pharma. !!!! He appears after there has been a flurry of buys and now is speculating on the quality of a pharma deal.

Its going to be a lovely friday and maybe even FOMO Friday as we get closer to some big announcements from HEMO !!!!

I would agree that i would like to see the directors buy some shares but hey ho, thats their choice. We are even closer to getting something from pharma or vc and I know the SP doesnt reflect that but thats because people are either bored or selling coz they think a placing is coming soon.

I think people may be surprised if Vlad does a deal that reduces expenses and progresses CART to completion. We all want that and are waiting for news. These things take time and until they are done, it cannot be announced. Combined with 6 months on P1 approaching fast, this is an amazing time for hemo investors. Albeit at present the shorters are in control but our time will come. patience will pay off.

If you want the big wins, you gotta stay the course and yes we can blame vlad but the alternative could have been selling CART to a VC too early and getting even bigger dilution. We have no debt and 2 patients doing well (or we would have heard). Paedtrics approved after 1 patient ... unheard of.

We all know they cannot keep going on like this. There are around 4.5m shares in issue. Lets say worst case they have few more raises at the reduced number and the warrants get executed so we have around 6m shares eventually in 6 months. For all those invested here, do we not believe cart is worth a min of $100m? If not, this is not the share for you and its probably better to sell off and invest in something else.

If they get $100m and the MCAP is 10m at that time, we are still looking at 10 times today. Agreed that is much less than we all hoped but that is only for CART. If they strike a deal for cbr or cdx, its all systems go.

Selling at this price is crazy just because you are bored or u believe the next raise will be at 140 or below. Its not sustainable to keep diluting the company into oblivion and therefore lets look at the facts and not dream up negatives or even positives as we don'w know what will happen next (I have some ideas but I wont speculate as I will get accused or pumping of inside dealing)

- 3rd patient will be injected

- Paedtrics will start

- Ash submission expected by end July showing efficacy

Make your own decisions but if you believe this CART stock is worth more than £6m MCAP, buy and if not hold or sell. It's going to be a interesting ride ahead team hemo !!!
