Maybe my terminology is wrong but i am shocked we are still sitting at this price and people are still selling at this low price. I don't understand why and i am sure many don't.

Anyways, nothing we can do but just wait for the RNS that will create new buyers and a rerate. Lets hope the FDA delivers next week and we can stop worrying about the low share price finally.

I strongly believe these people are trying to keep the price low long as possible to allow some of their mates or big investors to come in as late as possible. They want the lowest entry price so wouldnt be surprised if there were some big buys in the next week or so ... TICK TOCK

They are still around but there control is coming to an end. Like yesterday, each time we see a nice rise, they wait on the side and sell and try to drive negativity into the stock. Its fomo friday and they will be trying to depress any rise. As i said they control at present since volume is hardly anything but as soon IND approval is due and an RNS lands, their time will be over.

We are nearer the time of inflection and rerate and people must be anxious. It's been a long wait and we are so close now ... days away from IND approval. Today is probably 14 days from submission and no news is good news so tick tick as we wait for BOOMTIME !!!!

As i said before, at the moment they still control the direction of travel. Slowly they are ejecting which is great as when that RNS lands, it will be a crazy rocket moment and their small sells will be irrelevant. Until then HT we just have to suck it up and hope the big buyers arrive soon

Or finally people realising this is a ridiculously low price for a future FDA approved biotech companies where equivalent MCAPs are between 5 and 10 times HEMO

Definately on anticipation of an RNS landing anytime in the next days or weeks ...

Richardoak ... look back to January when it went from 1p to 4p in a few days / weeks. This was on anticipation of impending IND submission. That has now happened and will get IND APPROVAL so 4p is a minimum based on that. A different type of long term investor will come I suspect when that RNS lands and will hold for at least 6 months.

I can feel the share price warming up ... let's see if its the traders, the real big investors or an RNS start the blue rise up !!!!

An RNS stating approval to proceed given could come anytime now ...anyone trying to time their entry is going to struggle as this has hit the bottom i feel and is now on the up again. Why pay more for shares when u can pay this low price ...

Chris ... There is risk in everything anyone does but what we can we sure is that HEMO spent an additional 3 months and many interactions with the FDA i suspect to ensure any issues were removed. They have been working towards this process for years and vlad is very diligent I feel. i think we are indeed approaching a major rerate milestone and once it is done, I think the conversation will become more productive in terms of timelines for patients, additional pharma licencing options and partnership options, CBR and CDX etc. There is so much to look forward to.

One thing is for sure no one will be able to question where CART is and it will be easier to value against other much higher MCAP biotech. I personally will be surprised if this is not north of 5p in early June but nothing is guaranteed in the stock market ...

That is absolutely a valid and fair point and feel it is a good milestone. if we assume they submitted around 4th or 5th May then the 14 days is today or tomorrow. No news is good news and as I also feel the buying should start very soon.

Whenever it does and volume arrives, people won't even concern themselves that why was it stuck at this price. Instead they will be more worried or frustrated that why didnt buy at this low price rather than having to buy at 3 or 4p. Each has their own investment strategy but I am comfortable having bought in rather than worrying about when to buy in ....

Pumpky ... maybe they in anticipation of your projected 20% rise tomorrow !!!!

Its quite easy to see what could happen in this stock. It was sitting at 1.2p for months and in January as well. people couldnt believe when we so close to IND (We all expected that to be around early Feb) why it was not moving and why people were not buying. Then the CBR RNS comes out on Monday out of the blue and this starts to move and continues to move towards 4p. When the placing happened, a few large disgruntled traders sold off and people followed and this kept going down. Then IND was delayed slightly and thats where we are now

SO, most LTHs are fully invested. They are just in wait mode. Most new investors or traders are trying to time this and as i stated will most likely start to look at the price end this week or next week. They will start buying in days before news landing and then it will move fast. Once that happens and new investors move in, this will be out of the control of small moves and small trades. We all look forward to that time

If you are trying to time your entry, good luck but don't blame anyone when this moves suddenly and you don't then understand what triggered it .... rather than saying why it didnt move you will be trying to work out why it moved so fast

Stu, if you truly believed that and thought your money would be blocked for that long, you would be selling off. Or maybe you have sold off already and are just creating more FUD to allow some of your partners to buy in lower ... who knows but truly based on your history, no one cares.

You cannot avoid the fact that within 10 days we will know how big the rerate is and then whoever wants to sell at 4p or higher can do so freely as there will be so many new investors looking to get it before it moves up again
