Did anyone pick in the webcast during the Q&A that Nayan was wondering who is buying JB shares and that he hopes they are following the 3% RNS ?

I read it as ----
The buy order is only if he is voted in. Also it is Up-to 20p not sure what that means, eg he will take your shares off you for the SP ? or will he actually pay you 20p..

Like all i have been confused about JB noise. But I took a step back and asked myself a few questions..
Will the company go tits up or not.. And for many reasons but mainly GC buying stock when he was a consultant so know the bad.., I really don't think so.. So results may be good or bad.. If good . Wooohoo . reduced provision and start of reselling.. But if its bad, fantastic opportunity to increase your holding . Sell sell sell and buy when low.. So JB is noise, he has not enough shares, if he want to win a vote great but he is going to have to buy buy buy. SP goes.

Just my thoughts and My position..

Not until he hits <10% . IMO

If JB is below 10% he really doesn't have a say in the company.. so when he is down to 0. In theory we all will have more shares than him.. So he has to Buy Buy Buy under another company etc.. Otherwise he is just a guy on twitter with no say? So

What’s the betting that his 4.7m is one of the first trades. Then it’s game on. He will be buying. If it’s not early something else is going on.IMO.

I expect jb will start buying under another company or as pi. And force the price up so the board won’t get cheap shares. And then get to his 30% and take it back. Just my feeling. Not sure if Is that possible.
