Please treat this as a formal complaint.

HL has continually been unreliable and unable to provide live prices making it very difficult to make informed trades. Please provide
1) details of the issue.
2) ETA on resolution of the permanent solution
3) compensation

This truly is not acceptable. And without some form of compensation many will leave HL and take their money with them.
