OptiBiotix will receive a six figure payment from The Company at signing and at two subsequent conditional milestones, amounts totalling a seven-figure sum. An additional six-figure sum, plus royalties on future product sales, are due on product launch. There is an additional seven-figure payment should The Company decide to exercise its option at any point.

LPLDL® Exclusive European License Agreement

OptiBiotix Health plc (AIM: OPTI), a life sciences business developing compounds to tackle obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes and skin care, announces that it has entered into a production and commercialisation agreement with Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A ("Fine Foods"). The agreement grants Fine Foods an exclusive license for the production and supply of five formulations containing OptiBiotix's LPLDL® strain in Europe in return for royalty payments and a commitment to maximising the financial return for both parties.

OPTI even have a history of 'expected royalty fees ' going back as far as 2019.

Then you get things like a blue rinse book. To simplify it, lets say the average movement of the stock is 5% for x trades and volume. You see a blue rinse L2 but SP not close to standard movement

A lot of semi conductor stocks will have had algo tests just above 245 @SOXX (but on the stock entities at that time. Often you will first see lots of little orders - that's the algo's testing for reserves to make sure it's not going to be a spike - then the bigger orders kick in

It's handy to know though. If unsure about reserves, test it. Marked a sell? Reserves overhead, exit. Well, it's not that straight forward. You need some numbers to make sure test is valid print

Changing a CEO in a big cap can work. But for the most part, bar current holders, the stories that come out of small caps tend to stick with the company name rather than disappear with the CEO
