Simplify it. AIM performance of years. Every stock always getting a few million backing here and there, despite their global sub sector thrashed for decades, or little stocks never running with them, for decades. Entity to entity, rubbish on a broad scale (Oversimplified)

Yet here we are, always seeing the same old backers typically in each industry, happy to bang in a few mill on floors etc. Why?

Or even director buys at highs, Why? How do they all make money as everyone else loses in these stocks over years and decades?

Underlying market is a whole different game . One most of us generally cannot participate in, and it has made 100s of billions on AIM and the lower leagues, over 2 decades

The real players in these stocks, nobody ever knows they exist. They know more than any CEO, because it is they who instruct the course of time.

What you are looking for Doze, is for a presentation of data at a signature time, and then a raise. That's ok if it's only gerbils going to audit the details of signatures. But it won't be the case.

And what good is a lift on a signature pre cash call? It's just another dumping ground until raises and raise total known, occurs.

Feasible to occur that way? Sure, but not the best way. A raise and low first is also unaudited signed deals. Perfect.

Don't have to come back. The spec cycle can go into full flow

Market has valued KEFI fairly to-date imo. It's actually a sensible market in all the hype, for what it is

But it will come - the rise....there will be no major drive on speculation here, pore a cash raise. Assured. But once the lads (backers) pay for a higher SP (raise), then it's good to go. 90% sure of that. Just have to see the call first

A commodity or some other sector prepping a turn? Go do the sensible markets first. Then look to the little ones

I got in to a fair few juniors in other regions ages ago. Not heavy as each is a risk in itself. Heavier into ETF/ETC formats alright.

Wholly based on gold going to cause a junior speculative cycle value. Re forums and media hype. Nothing to do with thoughts about future fundamental values - because most will crash and burn after the peak of the speculative cycle

KEFI? Fundamentally? Don't care about that either. Could succeed - broadly speaking in historic terms - odds are poor

Speculative cycle value v future realised values (positive cash flows (in SP terms) for the class.

A huge difference between both. Anyone who has claimed to have done well over the years in the metal juniors, was always wholly focussed on the former - if the latter? bankrupt lol

Junior explorers and miners will always rise and fall with linked commodity cycles. Most of the market is speculating the commodity rather than the underlying fundamentals and risk . Algo trading really amplifies this these days. KEFI is still worth zero in cash flow terms. The mine is still an estimate. Nothing has changed on that score.

You could argue that the SP has remained sensible when others have not really. It's just theoretical value increase, just with all the old issues ignored, driven by commodity price.

Plus it's at least 2 years to full production, if ever. A lot can happen in that time including massive increases in costs.

There are ca lot of online 'sector' experts. Esp in gold exploration and mining. Looking at the records of all global junior explorers and miners of the past 20 years, - the 'experts' can't have fared well at all really tbh

If harry calls the cash raise at the right time - everyone makes. Ok not the gerbils 12-24 months down the road - but that's their problem. All as ignorant as most here so id not personally care anyway

Cash first, Big dilution. 3 years expenses covered minimum. No need to come back to UK market again. Find the optimal sell on it where the uk backers will exit too. They wont want to hold the stock in 2 years time

Signature first? SP wont go far. Everyone knows cash call to come by now, if not weeks ago. Then the signature first means the whole deal drilled pre cash call - that wont be sweet
