Got to work markets from top down Doze. If you have no reason to be in bigger markets in any sector, geo etc - then no point in even looking at little ones at that point.

It's called netting channels. Take all the uk little caps. Have a net channel, not just entity by entity. Makes it easier if do the calcs right

And it;s all there in plain sight, every time. Even a gerbil could see it clear as day that way

Big market and other regions broke major channels same time. UK stayed under in that moment.

If everyone decided on just doing the simple things and not having to sound clever - very easy

A gold etf/etc tuns - breakout of a relevant area. Ok buy the note.

Want an entity or two? Go see which drove it

But then the little caps in each region. Entity by entity, which are being backed on the breakout? Is it the US juniors getting backed in this cycle? Aus? etc

And once you break it down and see it's nearly all regions bar UK ones going with the market, little point in buying them

No idea Doze. I've no interest in such things on the little caps. Most are crud financials. The odd one will go on to do well. Not many. So on those statistics, it's not what i look at to trade them at all. Could do - I've no idea

IMO, you would be lucky to see 20-30%. And the would just sit there to cover future/further risk on others, along with possible debt conversions

But does it matter?

Not really. Most of us not here to trade all that so don't care if it's 0% lol

What are the net cash flows forecasted in year 3 (in operation) to year 6? And what % of 'net' cash flows, goes directly into KEFI's UK accounts? Re no payouts due - proper net.

1. It would never happen. It never has. Never could. Hence this structure. My 'big raise' was just about expenses and possibly finalising a last 10 mill maybe. This would be good for holders on a spec cycle value

Very simple - what is not a direct dilution today, can be tomorrow - hence al risk on kefi plc holders only.

Usually a delayed signing date expectancy means terms not completed. The CEO himself therefore could not claim it's nonsense. Could say what his intentions or hopes are. But needs others to yet agree

In this instance (all are unique), celebrate a heavy dilution via a cash raise. It will help you here. A confirmed no cash raise or a light one, not much good to any of us

I believe he has mentioned potential of a fairly non dilutive raise in the past?

I don't want to see a 0.5 or 1% dilution here. Id like to see 10-20% dilution re heavy interests in SP having to perform somewhat and not just all about underlying market re at least 10% of their total profit plan would hinge on SP, heavy dilution

This can have a great 12-18 month spec value cycle. But they need to get the process right.

If he does it the wrong way? The makers have to limit best sell averages over the period (although i suspect they will get deals to transfer into other subsidiaries - not all sells)

We just need to see the optimal buy point Doze - that has zero reliance on company performance re good spec cycle value. Need that cash raise out of the way, step 1
