Did you know - when one company releases details of an NDA, the other company has to as well? There is no way around that one.

Broker note, IM timing, deal timing - It's like a rerun of OPTI here since day 1. You would nearly think O Hara was running the whole show. But I reckon Ashman was selected for independent thinking, despite OPTI having circa half the float to offload.

Looks like no NDA details in June, whoever assured that in April. OPTI had a great broker note when around 80p per share (roughly, can't remember). A broker note for 360 per share. Went well

No mention of giving all the details on the Croda NDA?

Well a recap on Ashman to-date. If you bought around the time he was appointed around 6 years ago or so - you are currently in the red (not accounting for inflation etc - raw SP). Been horrifically diluted, and watched millions going nowhere. A failed 1st product v the hype (hence SP performance) - and another cash raise in June, so it looks like the company has cash, in December. The only success story to date, was his mate O Hara getting the best blag to offload, pre all the dilutions.

Come to think of it, Ashman has lots of bosses. So why are you all allowing yourselves to be confused by an employee?

At he last minute, i bought 1 share today. It may register as an unknown tomorrow. I decided to also be part owner of SBTX, and be Ashman's boss. I like my employees to report in a certain way, and shall forward my instruction

At least they got the raise done in time for report at end of the year. Is the cut-off July 1st? Il remember to look at bank balance and remove as estimated 4.1million probably blown on July 2nd.

However, fair play to SBTX. Like it's old parent, it's painted an amazing global picture - despite going bust without raises. The world conquered - now to try avoid yet another massive 'operational' loss. They wont. B very disappointed if only har about 'possible couple of hundred K from Croda etc. hardly cover a weeks board salary lol

The only thing to have exceeded all expectations here, are costs. Need a fair few million in net operations this year, to avoid more raises next year. Simple as that. That's a lot to expect, in the real world. Not a lot on AIM i suppose

Whilst there are some differences in regs, that does not extend beyond certain market sensitivities that must be RNS'd by both, at or near same time.

Most important thing of all, will not be from SBTX. Need a CRDA RNS to validate some things. There is zero validation otherwise

Dont want any numbers based on estimates. How much went into the bank. End of. Not even CRDA estimates are of worth. As can be seen in it's own stock anyway.

I think you need solid figures net. Unfortunately, for many years now since 88p, been a lot of 'better than expected'. moments. Those moments never materialised in accounts of course. Only multiple raises and bonds (debt to equity dilutions), kept the lights on.

How can you accept less than actual numbers and full NDA disclosures ? It's been assured - surely expect no less

Why is everybody who are on all SBTX social media and BB's daily, targeting one person for not being full time?
