RE: Singer Target Price: 29p10 Jul 2025 09:36
Let us consider the history.
Before all the main dilutions and bonds, it went to 88p one day. At this point there was really only OPTI as a prime seller. In that rise and fall, they managed to dump most of the stock. Job 1 done
After OPTI announced the selling around the 50s i think, it started to work its way down. OPTI selling on the up and down. Remember, they got to do all this before the main dilutions came along.
By the time OPTI had it down from circa 46% to circa 10% (approx), price was now in single digits, and in all that time, even croda talk could not lift it prior.
Then came along the raises and bonds:
Suddenly, miraculously, it was able to climb again. REMEMBER, retail are average holders in the 40s at this point. Suddenly around 17p it was able to do two mega spikes to 27 - more selling. And yet another cash raise called, 17p
In all this time you see a book that cant be explained seemingly, and assume all larger executions are buys. Even though going on for years.
You look at the books and realise, that price is only able to move up or down pre/post raises on standard liquidity. But larger executions can go on forever in x range
You then possibly say to yourself, well, if they are all buying or selling the same price - it cant move?
No no. this is not a fact at all.
But i wait to see if anyone can nail it
