I've seen it asked a lot of times albeit in big companies. Never an issue with giving a minimum eps forward on that particular net investment. May not give absolute expectation, but will at least justify it with a minimum

The other issue is how grey the break down is on the money you ALL invested (diluted is in affect, extra investment really, even if not take part)

I heard they were asked at the IM, what earnings per share was the minimum forecasted to justify the raise/deal. Don't think it was answered but im sure it was asked as where i see that question is credible

So lets ponder it. OPTI near single digit SP. They have dumped the mass majority of their holdings here, as it's SP worked way down. Perfect.

SBTX has done it's blag, and now needs that time window so it at least looks normal - thats most likely back to 10s or just below as OPTI operates. Perfect

Tbh, i would have set this up for just pre next update. But just after may be required too, if even worse than most expect. 'Drag on' liquidity. Is a fast few million there if did it days prior though.

If i was one of the seeders etc, I would have arranged for members of the board to buy in this quarter. It costs nothing when done in the right way.
