Anyway back to the original question. How could Ashman be so misinformed for so long? Literally to the last day, post cash raise. Surely he at least called the advisor if nobody else?

Is he on a salary here or just advising for the love of it and no pocket money post Croda, for the effort?

With Dr Chahal appointed as senior advisor to the board for a long while and according to the RNS: 'His role will be the interface with Croda as the partnership moves into commercialisation.' - how could Ashman be so 'misinformed' about Croda numbers in June?

They will now have to show in concrete numbers alongside, that they are not in the same boat as most in the same sales category

You need to see at least 5 million assured and to roll in for a 12 month window - to be of any note at all

Beauty actives margins need to be slaughtered. Sales pathetic. Consumer confidence maxed out for year most likely. Maybe 1 more ok consumer report on lag.

Samples? May as well throw that one into an AIM RNS. Worthless against the numbers beside.

Debt increase - yield slaughtering a large amount of cash flow. Massive cost cuts - margin hardly up.

Shorters will obliterate it. CRDA made an awful error in Q1, telling funds that visibility was only 4 weeks max on order books . So it's not like they can come out tomorrow with a 6 month happy days update.

They need to slaughter margins on actives just to try hold current sales for the next 12-24 months, which will be a difficult task.

At 1% in best consumer confidence windows, I just cant see how they can try to maintain margin in the division, into future declining confidence.

Some may think considering 'investigations' is **** stirring. Not really

Just on one aspect alone re CRDA numbers by June end - cash raise - Cant give numbers = An investigation on most indexes anyway, globally. And that is just for that alone.

Maybe I am being naïve in suspecting one could be possible in a UK little cap, given the rhetoric is not on RNS's etc.

Did SBTX take an awful punt on a positive CRDA release before releasing themselves? Possible but highly unlikely. Even a chimp would have known not to do that

I'm considering that they may be under investigation or at least monitoring , more and more.
