I'm holding this long term, and also trading some of the shares, by adding when they go below 1200 and selling them when they go to 1600/1800. But my core holding will remain for the longer term.

Nice to see the diversification working, shame about the M&A side of the business. This shor short-term pain has represented a buying opportunity.

I think they help reduce dividend payouts to some extent.

This review brings some clarity. I was expecting the dividends to be cut at some point as they are no longer sustainable. They are better off managing the debt and also investing in infrastructure.

Great news. I hope that the share price starts moving in the right direction in the coming months.

I wonder if it will hit £20.

The current cap on fees that a third-party delivery service may charge a restaurant for the use of their service is 15% for delivery, 3% for credit card processing, and 5% for any other fees. This bill would replace these limits with a maximum fee of 15% for delivery, 3% for credit card processing, and 25% for any other fees. It would only permit these higher fees, however, if the delivery service offers the option to obtain delivery services and be listed and discoverable on the third-party platform at a cost no higher than the current fee limits. This bill would also restrict third-party food delivery services from purchasing the name of a food service establishment for purposes of internet advertising. This bill would allow food service establishments to include marketing materials in orders made through third-party food delivery services, and it would allow food service establishments to charge different prices for items ordered through a third-party food delivery service. This bill would also update the reporting requirements regarding the fee caps, requiring the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection to report on the effect of the cap and the exemptions on third-party food delivery services, food service establishments and third-party food delivery service workers.

I’ve bought some more in the hope it rebounds.

This one is a no-hoper. I have written this share off. I can't see this as a recovery play unless the BOD resigns and new funding round.

No idea what Lord Drayson is playing at.

They knew the business needed financing, yet, they left it to the last minute. It looks like an MBO on the cheap.

Drayson is the main cause of the poor performance of the SP due to governance failures. He should not be allowed to take the company private.

The Times article appears fishy whichever way you look at it.

I am disappointed with Lord Drayson that he is mainly protecting his interests over the interests of other minority shareholders.
