As airports go, Southend is very well supported. It's one of the areas biggest employers so any expansion is mostly welcomed. I use the airport a lot and its a a good well run establishment. Very customer focussed.

I think we should focus on the energy side of the business. Stobart Energy is the UK’s number one supplier of biomass fuel. That's a great future investment strategy.

Why the big drop today?

There's some good money in digging up gold at the moment :) I expect lots of positive news this year.

Oh I didn't realise it was mainly gas. Quite an achievement for them to make so much money from such a low gas price.

The US have faith in UK companies. They will invest a lot of their cash over here. Let's hope IQE is on the their radar.

Not today. Holding at a 129 average. I think I'll wait for the ship to steady before adding more.

The expansion plans at Southend airport are quite impressive. The airlines are keen to supply more routes from there. Also some good freight contracts announced and I'm sure more to come. Any cash spent there is a great investment.
