G'day, just joined, first post...
Bought in initially @ 58p, then doubled up @ 49p, will be buying again on the dips up to 68p or the launch of the new Bond Film, whichever occurs first. Holding long-term from there with a stop loss at 29p and a take profit at 128p.
LS, TW and their fellow travellers are in @ ~64p to ~68p IIRC, hence my upper price limit for buying. By all accounts, TW has put ~10% of his declared net worth into AML. Of course this is a risky investment, especially in the current environment with so much uncertainty around. However, when a very successful investor and F1 insider partners with another very successful member of the F1 family, one who just happened to build a vast fortune turning around failing businesses, and then commits ~10% of his net worth to the venture... joining them on their journey might be worth the risk. IMHO only of course.
I doubt they are all in it to simply generate a meagre 10% return on their investments either... the potential upside to this (long term, perhaps 2 to 3 years min) is there for all to see. The question to consider is... does the potential longer term gains outweigh the risk of their venture failing in the short term?
I answered yes, based on my own circumstances.
Good luck all, please DYOR, the above does not constitute investment advice in any way and is merely a personal opinion from an amateur retail investor with little to no previous experience of making financial investments.
Cheers,
