He said it like obviously quarter 2 will be down on quarter 1. But improve 2h. I think he has set it up for reversal. If he shows any improvement any forward thinking this should bounce hard.

Last time share price was this low vod did 1 billion share buy back in 2008. The problem is they now need the money for liberty! Buying liberty has been one big headache.
