We need oil to get back to $60 until then we will keep dancing here around 70p. Once $60 comes we will dance around 74-76p

Because oil goes from 80 to 60 then to 70 then to 60. And we are geared to the oil price so 100+ comes. But then oil drops and premier goes with it.
