"AIM gamblers would be over this like a rash" - trouble is this share is like an IT but an IT that never seems to respond to its NAV. Until this does respond to its NAV at is a poor investment. NANO Cap shares like this are an inherent high risk but if there is a chance they will do 100% in a couple of days its worth the risk, this at present shows no sign of doing this in the short to med term.

Im an EMH man myself it has bought me a Tesla and not just a model 3 !

I dont see how a TA can be relevant on such a thinly traded share ?

Warrants are loans in the form of blocks of shares which can be exercised for cash. If there are a lot of them at sub levels to current SP they are both dilution and a drag on SP. However I dont see how the level of warrants can keep this SP down to the level that it is...

And KDNC down 3% WTF !!!!!!

I have some at 12p but since retiring I dont have 1000s a month to invest any more ...

I traded PDL a couple of years ago fairly successfully despite being a useless trader, but this is a very sick share at the moment, I will not be re-visiting it !

This mythical notion that traders communicate in this way is the most discussed topic on share BB's just like on motoring BB's where people discuss is branded(Shell/BP) petrol better than supermarket petrol !

As I have said many times, KDNC is the share that cried wolf once too often, so I am not surprised it is being treated this way while Amapa is a non-event...

@superA - I agree have always liked KC but hate KM he is an amateur and the further he is removed the better...

EMH has made me more money so far than any AIM share ever has...

Warrants are not really dilution, they were known about from day 1 so in a sense they have always been priced in...

I am so suspicious of what may be happening now, I went back and re-read the director deals and they have put a lot of what looks like their own money in here so I am struggling to see why they would do this if it isnt going to happen. But has their track record of good business practice is so abysmal you still have to wonder. This has dragged on for long enough now for them to a) Look to raise more funds or b) sell some assets (EMH ??) to raise funds ???????

@raypugh -- Too right mate ! If I had a Ferrari 250 GT I would be a multi-millionaire but I dont !
