The company is working with the JPL on possible financing options according to the Cayman filing. The potential investors are still positive and progressing amidst delay due to Coronavirus in Feb and March. The company is gradually resume to work normal and so does China. The term sheet is not a public document and hence not be able to share.

The company will update its progress on both the receiver, JPL and the financing options in due course through RNS

Its simple the financial close will not be at the JCC meeting but the higher officials will agree to the financing go ahead, People who bought thinking otherwise should sell if they can’t wait that bit longer, many misunderstood between financial close and the go ahead.

Have to say that 12-18 months was a curveball for me. The line was awful so I'm hoping we heard it wrong. LOI needed to get a decent rise I think.

A good strategy here would be to top up in tranches every month from now until production if you feel it will come good.
